It will take something serious that will effect the masses on a personal level in order to cause any stimulus that will allow them to unite. In the wiemar republic, that was hyper inflation. Not really, he's actually gotten quite a few critics of his work which I'd say is the opposite of seething, in fact you even have a proper historian systematically debunking his work too. So to put it as him making "Reddit seethe" is pretty disingenuous to the actual discourse regarding his stuff (which is overwhelmingly critical of his Laissez-faire attitude on specific topics)

I guarantee you any source he can provide is going to end up being nothing more than anti-eastern or anti-western dribble, also most technical analyses of the period aren't overwhelmingly anti-German, but rather illuminating of the reality, in which you only have the Germans to blame for how they acted.

@@trent_E Well if you'd like to know more I recommend the channels Warographics or World War Two, both are run by very passionate people and are very informative, Warographics is better for a general understanding and World War Two is significantly more detailed (they do day-by-day analyses) I'm sure they do provide their various sources but they would be of more help in their comments

The only thing that needs explaining is the holocaust. All these videos show Germany had a right to defend its self and conquer. But the Holocaust that is pure evil. So someone explain.

I've been listening to these while driving, etc. Extremely educational and refreshing to hear things from a less biased perspective. Very pleasant as the British accent is simply the superior form of English. It would be epic if you continued these long form videos on different topics. Thanks so much.

I will say it again since this is the end. The Western Allies massively dropped the ball at the end of the war in Europe. The Americans wanted done with it and had another war to fight on the other side of the planet. The UK was coming to terms of losing its Empire and it cut Churchill deep. The USSR had all the time in the world to take over Eastern Europe.

I agree that it's depressing to read that roughly 2 million German women were raped during the Soviet occupation. I also despise the Nazis for their atrocities. The Germans during this time murdered 6 million innocent Jews as well as millions of civilians living in Poland and the Soviet Union. It's truly terrible.

They go to great lengths to try and “debunk” what you say, while never really addressing the major points of what you say, misrepresenting what you’ve said, or appealing to emotion in an attempt to discredit the information.
