The Complete History of Adolf Hitler (1943)

Ойын-сауық

By 1943 things were beginning to look extremely shaky for Adolf Hitler and the German Reich. The invasion of the Soviet Union 2 years prior had brought immediate rapid success. The Red Army was smashed but not defeated, however there was reason to be positive despite the setback at years end. 1942 offered a second chance yet this, too, was squandered. Over-ambition led to a thinly held front with a shaky supply line. Stalingrad was encircled and obliterated and a hasty retreat took place.
1943 was essentially the last chance. The Eastern Front was slipping through Germany's fingers and they had to hold on for dear life. Hitler was even admitting that the war could no longer be won by outright conquest. Things immediately got worse. Africa fell and Italy's defection became an open secret. But how was Germany supposed to juggle the Eastern front and now inherit Italy's responsibilities, too? The answer was never going to be positive. But how did Adolf Hitler navigate the year of 1943? Things seemed to be going all the way down the drain, both in terms of military conquest and in terms of his own health.

"documentaries" on major television networks are like piles of dog shit compared to the work that goes into these videos. After watching your Germany Poverty to Prosperity video it would be interesting to see what you could make of USSR’s industrialization and purges, because the narrative in public documentaries is overwhelmingly “Stalin mentally insane tyrant”, completely disregarding a possibility that his actions had any actual reasoning, same as what happens with documentaries about Adolf. Great video though!

This is entirely false, how do you think the Nazi's funded their incredibly costly re-armament ? They took out bank bonds from every major bank and they gave huge, huge private contracts to companies like rheinmetal. "National socialism" was a whitewashed way to label themselves because they wanted to look like an image of equality. Only the elites were well off in nazi germany - the rest were meat to throw to war. Stop being so naive, you cannot re-write history and you never will, real historians and political theorists laugh their asses off at cope like this.

Your description of these events through a radically divergent point of view, from the common narrative and cultural zeitgeist is quite refreshing. However, one must take all information presented with a grain of salt, as this information as perceived by the Germans is not tailored to the common cultural tropes of good guys versus bad guys. Thus the viewer must assume all information will be factual as you cannot tease out the motivations of you, the creator and presenter. Bravo, a feat most would fail falling into fanboying for a dead 80 year old political movement. Boys: history is full of lessons of what not to do, not what you shouldn’t do. One could also assume he didn't want to raise more divisions of foreign troops because of the burden it may play given the way the Italians acted.
