At 7:45 when Stan Lee jokingly says "practically priceless"... Wauv. That piece of paper would be worth A FORTUNE today! A Stan Lee drawing AND a Bob Kane drawing of Spider-Man on one sheet?! That would be a holy grail for any collector!

I'm really watching these because I just wanted to prove to myself that Bob Kane is a really cool person, but I can understand the viewpoint of the people who kept talking about his ego. I never really understood what they talked about, but he really does have one. Even thought I'm a bigger DC fan than a Marvel fan, Stan Lee is a really cool guy!

Bob Kane don't know what hes talking about. Hes Ok and an icon for sure, but no where the best as an artist

Kane never was a great cartoonist in the same league as Jack Kirby or humorists like Jack Davis, but Bob's characters always had a goofy charm to them that was partially influenced by DICK TRACY and Milton Caniff's strips! When I was 11, I saw one story where The Joker gave two partners a couple of cigars. They were laced with "Joker Venom" and the guys were killed! Kane made them so semi-lovable I was sad when they died! It was like The Joker had killed Abbott and Costello!

If only Bob Kane could see the way the Arkham franchise portrayed Batman today. He would have been proud and I would pay to see his reaction to it.

Personally, I don't think he would have liked it. He never even liked the way Batman's look changed in the 60's and the 70's. I mean he would have probably said it was great, but on the inside he loves the old simpler stuff.
