Pretty much the exact same scenario as its Amercian counterpart.
Starting with a small army, it's pretty clear you need to capture any city or risk being routed. Fortunately, there's a city near the terra cotta wonder so moving close will reveal that.
Grab the city and quickly get rid of any bunkers or any enemies trying to destroy the wonder. You have a lot of starting resources so use them to get the first 1-2 levels of research technologies and then get all the important buildings next. Anything left over should go towards army, city defences or a new city.
The terra cotta wonder will spawn free infantry for you so it's best to keep moving forward and capture Heifei, in the south, while defences are minimal and free infantry can help protect your cities.
After that, sit back and defend for a while. Your economy will be weak as you will lack metal, with your only source coming from the lone mountain close to the middle of the map. This means you need to slowly build your forces and economy, or you risk overextending and potentially losing cities.
In the north of the map, there is a fortress and some oil deposits. It's best to send a rocket or two to knock it out, getting metal plunder and freeing up that territory to plonk down a city to boost your oil production.
I'd keep defending until you have both level 4-5 research technologies and a decent size army. At this point, instead of attacking the center of the map like I did last time and got crushed, attack the city down south. While it does have many layers of defences, it is more isolated than the other two cities and using your navy will help block Chinese reinforcements that will cross over to try to reclaim the city back.
I plonked down a city on the western land strip, moved my army across the channel once I gained control of the channel and then invaded. You should be able to capture this city with this tactic and defend it with your navy. Bombers and fighters can assist in both attack and defence.
Grabbing this city make the fight easier as you only fight towards the north, and also contains a mountain, helping to relieve any stress on your metal supply.
Use missiles or stealth bombers to take out fortresses, temples, airbases or other hard to reach or annoying buildings and the momentum should be all yours.
Capture and hold the capital to win the scenario!
