I really hope that's how the dialogue actually goes in the movie. the marketing team for trailers always likes to put completely different scenes together with dialogues that seem to "match", if that makes sense. for all we know, stark was responding "so was I" to someone saying "i was at vegas last weekend!"

A day like today but a year ago, Marvel blew my mind away with such an epic trailer! And the best part is that the movie actually delivered what this trailer promised.

Getting this recommended to me six years later (post ep4 FATWS, before Black Widow) is a beautiful reminder of where we've been and just how far we've come. Also that this trailer was EXTREMELY good and that the date at the end of the trailer used to mean something.

The ending fight between capt,ironman,and Bucky is why I love this more than winter soldier. It was just epic !! Even the set up to lead to it! (My opinion )

I’m glad I’m not the only that noticed how big of a factor civil war played in infinity war I’m not sure how big of a difference it would’ve been if they were all together but I feel like they would have at least been able to keep a few stones from Thanos

It was Thanksgiving Day, 2015. I was 12 years old. My family and I had just finished eating a big Thanksgiving lunch, and we were putting up our Christmas decorations together. Then my brother gave the word. The first trailer for Captain America: Civil War was out. And I watched two best friends be torn apart, and two best friends attack each other ferociously. I knew this was going to be one of the most emotionally intense MCU of all time, if not the most, at its time, at least. Then on May 7, 2016, my dad, my sister, and I saw it in theaters. And thus, I watched one of the best sad movies with a sad ending (and I HATE sad endings) that I ever watched.

Captain America:CW was the best summer superhero movie of 2016 hands down. I wonder how much Warner Bros has riding on suicide squad to make up for BvS. 🤔

Lol I'd have to disagree, Civil War is a great movie regardless of other superhero movies this summer. Even if you take the 'super' out of the heroes in this movie, it would still work because it has a strong story that flows with the motivations of its characters.

+Rushil P X-Men Apocalypse was a flop, along with BvS and SS. And seeing as how CACW is sitting at a 90% rating on rotten tomatoes and is the ONLY superhero movie to make 1.1 billion dollars this year, I have to disagree with you. Doctor Strange is the last superhero movie that comes out in 2016. Personally, I think Marvel owns this year and with oscar winning actors cast for Doctor Strange, I think this will seal the deal.

Civil war is that great thin line between thriller drama and action superhero it has the best bits of winter soldier and team up avenger movies it's the best movie in the mcu endgame came close but not that much in my opinion

Some little details I've noticed: 1. at 1:23 you can see Agent 13 and possibly Martin Freeman's character standing right next to her 2. 1:42 I can't quite put my finger on it, but I swear Black Widow is looking a bit differently [not her costume, but her herself] than she has in the past 3. 1:43 what could IFID mean? Based on the logo I'm assuming it has something to do with Wakanda 4. War Machine got a slight paintjob so Rhodey's armor looks better now than it has EVER looked imo [apart from the dents and scuffs that is] 5. 1:50 that airport is in Leipzig, Germany 6. Black Panther's suit looks freaking awesome! 7. 0:58 That document reads: "Sokovia Accords: Framework for the Registration and Deployment of Enhanced Individuals"

+SilJeff Yeah, that's definitely Freeman. Nice spot. As for Rhodey; he's not sporting a new paint job, it's an entirely new suit. (A Hexagonal red chest piece as opposed to the Mark II's octagonal white one, the beefier collar-bone armour and a new back weapon are the more obvious changes.) Come on, Hot Toys!

+Max Smith Superheroes in the movies go through suits faster than The Hulk goes through shirts. Every suit seems to last maybe one whole movie at best; usually not even that long. Now that I think about it, Widow might be the only exception to that. I could be wrong, but I think she had the same suit in all of her appearances up until AoU when everyone's suit was upgraded by Tony.

Okay that Black Panther suit looks WAYYYY better than it did in the leaked set photos...

Years gone by and the trailer still gives me chills. One of my absolute favorites from the MCU, right up there with IW. No matter which side you pick, you can totally empathize with the other one.
