    Malcom X was more honest the race hustlers like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. He constantly warned Blacks about the evils of the Democrat Party. His honesty is why he was assassinated. He and Dr King were on the righteous path.

    Yeah, after Donald Trump tweeted that Saturday Night Live should be charged for Sedition, I was reminded how George H.W. Bush, a true Constitutional Conservative, liked being parodied on SNL so much he invited Dana Carvey and his wife to a State dinner and to stay the night at the Lincoln Bedroom. During Carvey's visit, POTUS had him call the Secret Service from the Oval Office phone and do his impression. "Hey, fellas, gonna take the limo down to the Lincoln Memorial, meet some those Iraq War protesters..." "That's not a good idea, Mr. President..." Because SNL is Sedition...vs a bunch of MAGAtards trying to stop Congress from certifying Biden's election and hang the REPUBLICAN Vice President.

    RIP to Chapelle.. All replaced by Kevin Hart, who got eaten by the radical left in their efforts to cancel him. What I miss the most (conservative POV.) In fact, I never cared for it, but had a negative opinion on it solely for the fact that it sucked and lacked any actual comedy (unlike some of Chapelle's earlier work, which also happens to be "offensive humour") When it's good humour, it just is. When it sucks, it has no excuse to try be offensive (because in that case it's mostly just to get reactions)

    'Likeable' is a great description that's missing from so many personalities now. (Spent some years listening to Shapiro.) He's a likeable enough fellow, but I think his fans are young college students, lack of options I believe. It's a flag and a flag means what you want it to mean. If the Confederate flag has negative connotations, wouldn't the U.S. flag? The answer is "yes". We've killed millions while raising the "stars and stripes" and participated in evils far worse than slavery but people fly it outside their house. It's a piece of cloth...and a piece of cloth doesn't cause problems.

  • @blindterrytucci2752

    @blindterrytucci2752

    You're joking, right? If the Confederate flag is just a symbol for supremacy and racism than what does the American flag represent? Happiness and sunshine? If you want to bring up supremacy...we're the only country in the world that claims we live in THE GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD and thinks that we're special just because of where we're from. Look up the swastika and find that it was used by American Indians, Canadian sports teams, and had been around for centuries before the word "Nazi" was even invented. The way you seem to think that those issues only existed in the Confederate states, is hilarious....the people in the non-Confederate states almost killed a whole race. The legal segregation to the implied segregation that happens to this day...non-white races having any kind of say as to what happens in their country. Did these things ONLY happen in the Confederate States? The main reason people have an issue with the Confederate flag is because we've been taught to have issue with it, all while ignoring the facts. In the '40s, was California part of the Confederate States when we imprisoned thousands of Asians for no reason other than the way they f***ing looked?!? Land of the free, right? It's hilarious that some people tend to act like when the CW and Confederate States ended that it solved something other than legal slavery. Let's not leave out how when immigrants came to this country through New York, we went "screw you, that's not your name, and that's not your nationality. You are now who we tell you you are" well into the first half of the 1900s. The flag means what you want it to mean, just like I said, and your argument made that pretty damn clear. Nationalism and religion are the two most dangerous ideals in the world and this country proves that on a regular basis. For clarification, in case anyone wants to throw race or location my way I am a Caucasian Italian American from Indiana.

    A tantrum? Right. Thanks for making it clear that I made you feel like an idiot...there wasn't a reason to try to insult me, otherwise. They're useless pieces of cloth that only reflect what you want them to. There isn't an actual factual argument for them, only opinion. You might see the American flag as something positive, while I see it as an embarrassment knowing that there are people stupid enough to actually believe it represents something other than lies, death, money.

    RonPaulHatesBlacks Did you know that the slave ships that brought slaves from Africa flew the US flag? Did you know that during the Civil War. The North still had slavery as well as some of the worst race related crimes to happen? I'm guessing that you also didn't know that if you look at pictures of the KKK back in their heyday. That they were flying the US flag and not the confederate flag. I also don't understand why slavery in America is viewed as racist. Especially since a good amount of the slaves here in America were Irish. You can't get any more white than the Irish.

  • @futureblue49

    @futureblue49

    9 жыл бұрын

    RonPaulHatesBlacks The Irish slave trade began when James II sold 30,000 Irish prisoners as slaves to the New World (America). His Proclamation of 1625 required Irish political prisoners be sent overseas and sold to English settlers in the West Indies. By the mid 1600s, the Irish were the main slaves sold to Antigua and Montserrat. At that time, 70% of the total population of Montserrat were Irish slaves. Ireland quickly became the biggest source of human livestock for English merchants. The majority of the early slaves to the New World were actually white. From 1641 to 1652, over 500,000 Irish were killed by the English and another 300,000 were sold as slaves. Ireland’s population fell from about 1,500,000 to 600,000 in one single decade. Families were ripped apart as the British did not allow Irish dads to take their wives and children with them across the Atlantic. This led to a helpless population of homeless women and children. Britain’s solution was to auction them off as well. During the 1650s, over 100,000 Irish children between the ages of 10 and 14 were taken from their parents and sold as slaves in the West Indies, Virginia and New England. In this decade, 52,000 Irish (mostly women and children) were sold to Barbados and Virginia. Another 30,000 Irish men and women were also transported and sold to the highest bidder. In 1656, Cromwell ordered that 2000 Irish children be taken to Jamaica and sold as slaves to English settlers. And all the other facts I was pointing out was meant to show that everything the Confederates were blamed for. The Union was doing it as well and sometimes even worse. So it's fucking stupid to hate only one group for it when both sides did it. Dumb ass.

    I've just turned 55; I'm in the UK so although I've heard of Chris Rock I don't know much about his work. This is hilarious and very cleverly done.

    I’m a Latino, from Los Angeles California (rare I know 😅). I grew up with friends who were born in the and their families as well; we all lived in Venice Beach in the 80’s and 90’s. NEVER was there ANY hint of prejudice against ANYONE- EVER... therefore I have NO PROBLEM flying the confederate flag... I represents “southern heritage” nothing more, nothing less; whatever racism or prejudice people connect the confederate flag with??? Well?? That’s on them. I think the confederate flag is beautiful and it should be flown to represent modern heritage.

    The common misconception is that it stands for slavery and racism. It really doesn't. It represented the south during it's sucession. Yes, the south's economy ran on slavery at the time, but that wasn't what the flag was meant for. It is just a flag to represent the people. I agree with you that those who tie racism to the flag have their own issues. It is just like the American flag that we all know and love. What people seem to forget is that, at one point, that flag stood for a country that ran on slavery, too. Does that make the flag a symbol of racism? Not to me, so why should the Confederate flag be? I'm not disagreeing with you either, I am furthering the support for your views. I did read and understand your comment lol.

    A magical flagpole appears in the last few seconds of the clip. It makes some of the flag flap in the wind in one direction, and another flag flap in the wind in another direction. It's a miracle!
