The vandalism and graffiti in these places always aggravates me. I never understand why people feel the need to destroy something just because it's abandoned.Thank you Dave for always being so respectful of the places you visit.

You know who does this? It's young punks that drop out of school. Instead of working for what they want, they just take and destroy. They think it's funny.

Love the fact that a group of young guys can be so respectful of these beautiful abandoned buildings and also appreciate the incredible details and furnishings. Kind of glad the home owners have passed on so they don't see how their home has been abused and vandalized. Better that the company opens the doors and lets the public take things than to let them rot. Such a shame.

The respect and care you have for the houses and content always sets you apart from other channels, you have class !!!❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗👎❤️🤗

It’s a shame that vandals have to deface beautiful places like that they could at least show some respect it’s so detailed with the furniture all from the past it’s baffling how such places stand empty they should be restored and lived in furniture was built to last then another great video guys 👍👍

When you were walking up the stairs I thought you were wearing a knee brace! Then you said it was swollen!!😯😯 RICE! Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation to get the swelling down. And as always I knew this video would be awesome!! Please take care of yourself, we don't like seeing you hurting. 💜💜💜

I would be so proud to have owned something like that, or at least some of the beautiful furniture. So sad it's been left to be vandalized and to rot.

That big white bed is absolutely gorgeous, you can't get stuff like that now a days it's a shame it's left there to rot wish I could rescue you it 😍

A lot of that is replica French provincial style furniture that is available at some stores. Or you can go furniture hunting and often find this type of furniture at 2nd hand stores or thrift shops. I've purchased Queen Anne style furniture really cheap at our local op shop and painted them up in chalk paint.

That gold clock is from the late 60s to mid 70s, done in a neo-Victorian design. And is likely to be made of lightweight plastic resin rather than wood. They obviously did redecorating in the 60s and again in the early to mid 80s, as lots of the furniture like the white dressers, wardrobes & beds is from 63 to 66. And all the bathrooms were done around 1984. I'd assume this was run as a boarding house in it's later years, which explains so many bathrooms done in a modest design and so many bedrooms.

I, too, agree. With the things I’ve learned and experienced over the years, I completely understand leaving everything if they’d been tormented with the poor tortured woman’s spirit not at rest. Spirits can attach to objects. If you take the object with you, it comes, too. No way. If the woman tormented the parents, I’d think those kids saw some terrifying things as well. I can understand. It must have been difficult for all of them, regardless.😔

For anyone that doesn’t think you should be there, you give these homes and their stories a platform. A voice to tell their story. Still we are left with questions.

That could have been a lovely hotel or B&B, what a shame they weren’t able to finish. 😢 It makes me so sad to see the vandalism.

This house reminds me of a house my mother and I lived in it was in the seventies it's located in Mobile,Ala on 602 Church street you can google it for it's still there today it is over 200 yrs.old and displays a Planck beside the front door also the two houses across the street.A two story Antebellum home that belonged to a doctor back during the civil war.Our dog Rusty a red cocker spaniel got ran over so we buried him in the back yard, but while my mother was digging his grave she found numerous human bones she said the doctor must have buried patients arms and legs there although I was only 8yrs.old it didn't frighten me I found it intriguing.We also dug up old bottles,boxes full, she sold them to an antique dealer.The house had a long heavily shellacked oak bannister that was flat and rounded on the end, and I loved sliding down it ,a fast way down the stairs,In the winter we stayed in an apartment attached to the back of the house and in the summer we lived upstairs and slept with the balcony doors open,at Christmas we would have a 12' Christmas tree that reached the ceiling mother didn't take it down until April. Thankyou for the EXPLORE and for a pleasant trip down memory lane..P.S.Sorry this was so LONG... it was great to see Andrew with ya'll.Stay safe and well love's.

At approximately 15:00 you were in a room that you thought someone was squatting in and you walked past a closet door that had a set of stairs in it. I don’t think you even noticed, but I would love to know where they went to. If you ever get the chance to go back, check it out and give an update. Great video

Just found your channel,and I really love the love you put into the items and the place. Great work! Great find! And Thank you for taking us along! The “wood” over the stairs maybe from someone working,I.e. plaster work,the walls above the stairwell and it is a “temporary “ homemade scaffolding.

Wow, 100 years ago... so around the 1920s? It’s honestly sad to see such a beautiful home in this state, and it’s not hard to imagine a family living here with children... really depressing

@ 22:59 & 24:45 you can see pieces of wallboard and signs of drywall compound patches @ 25:24 & other places. The rigging over the stairs, I believe was done so they had access to that high area. That area has a lot of compound on the walls, and there is one heating register not yet painted. Elsewhere I saw stacked boxed of tile @ 13:46, (same as in several baths) that hasn't been installed yet. Some of the doors look as if they have been sanded (19:54) and give a fresh coat of paint. So clear signs of a remodel started. It would be interesting to see this re-visited. I love the French Provincial style house and furnishings. They have always been my favourite. You have really won my heart with this one, Dave. If money was no object, I would def own this house. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I just wanted to say how much I've been enjoying your videos of these interesting old locations. During this time of self-isolation, I've needed something interesting to take my mind of all that is going on and these have been a welcome respite. The care and respect you show not only says a lot about you as an urban explorer but as a human being. Keep up the good work and thank you!

The beautiful furniture is always nice to see. The linens, some with hand stitched needlework, and the rugs, is all so nice. I love the bathroom tile and wallpaper in some of these homes I have seen since I joined the band of grateful followers. Everything in this house was supreme. So beautiful.....the bed frames, the chaise lounges, my goodness, the children could have had those beautiful pieces restored. I have a 250 year old love seat, with 2 backs to it. My great grandmother found it at a sale and at that time, it was an antique..its so beautiful and I'd love to know who the original maker is..I have photos of it on my Instagram. It breaks my heart to see those places in ruin. Thank you so much for being our guide to places most of us would never, ever be able to witness. You're doing this selfless work not only because you're passionate about these old abandoned places, but by bring this to us, you're doing the work of a Saint. I believe that you're bringing awareness to these old properties and somehow, some way, someone may see this and by chance, be able to purchase and restore at least one of the many diamonds in the rough. I only recently watched your exploring of this property following the same of Explorer With Fighters and I and I was amazed at our ability to capture and share another quality video with us regardless of what was going on around you.

My heart aches for these empty homes. /with no one to love them, they are sad. But some of us respect the architecture, history past, and time capsules. So much wonderment at how everyone could walk away and leave a beautiful place. A sin. We bought a 1860 home, and it is a money pit for a time, but well worth it.

Hello from the USA. Thank you for taking me on this tour. I wonder what the lives of the people that lived there from the beginning to the end were like. It saddens me to see people destroy things. It is bad enough when things naturally decay. I enjoyed the spooky parts. But then again I like all of the paranormal TV shows. I did a bit of ghost hunting in Ireland.

Such senseless destruction of a beautiful home. I have so much respect for you, Dave. You are a first class explorer..leaving everything as you found it and documenting these beautiful places that have so much history and once held a family who probably was proud of their home. It's hard to understand why people walk away and leave them behind. Sad when the Owners pass and family just leave their possessions as if none of it meant anything. Thank you, Dave. Fabulous footage Dave, my head was heavy all the way through this, not a good feeling! I am saddened why idiots have to trash and spray paint on precious bits of furniture etc, totally evil scum bags! There was a lot of orbs present in this video..time stamp 24.17, 24.57/25.00 and I felt ill harm had come to a young baby in that attic place, hence the lock on the door! I thought I heard a name 'Amanda'? something like that anyway but I could hear the banging at time stamp 33.54 and something dropping on the floor, made you go back upstairs, there was a male spirit around who is upset/angry that some of his possessions have been vandalised and I think that he was trying to scare you off, encase you were going to trash downstairs! There was a younger spirit who attached itself to the guy with the light blue trousers who had to sit down, I think he was feeling a bit upset, well that's because he is 'attuned' to spirit, not sure if he knows it or not but that's the reason why he was having a bad feeling, the young spirit was reaching out to him in some way for help....this was an exceptional explore, full of saddness and anger but you guys did a fantastic job here, that house was once so beautiful and I get the feeling that a previous owner did not like children?....anyway, some people will probably think I'm nuts, those that are sceptics, but I tell it how it is, no bull!! Take care of yourself....stay safe!!! 🙏🙏

It’s devastating how much they vandalized this place. I wish it could be restored.

24:16 an orb to the right a bit floats up and then another one very shortly after to the left closer to the bottom floats up and at the exact same time it sounds like an older woman says "I'm here" it's very faint and you'll probably have to have ear buds in to hear it.
