Cute home! The living room and under truss area outside are both a little too small, IMO. Wish they did a 3 car garage, but the garage closet is a very nice touch. I am wondering if this price point includes impact windows and doors? And if not, do they offer that as an upgrade option?

With upgrades and pool and the land shown here in the southwest it is 500K, up in the northwest it is 400K
