The Cerebellum: Neuroanatomy Video Lab - Brain Dissections
The gross features of the cerebellum are shown. The three peduncles are demonstrated, noting their input and output to and from the cerebellum. Emphasis is given to symptoms of cerebellar disease appearing on the same side of the body. Special emphasis is given to cortical-cerebellar connections, stressing the need for the pathways to cross twice in order to work with the descending corticospinal tract. Cerebellar functions and dysfunctions are discussed while showing clinical examples of patients with cerebellar disease.

I am not ashamed to say that I wholeheartedly recommend these videos to the students in my anatomy class. Unfortunately we have limited resources for them to visit anatomy labs and these videos are simply excellent. Thanks so much!

Having issues with the nervous system equals to being disabled, fortunately, I work in my house else, who knows if I did not. 1 year and 2 months has passed, still at this insane treatment rate I am giving to the unique community of cells that makes our bodies, i am not ok . you think i'll survive med school? Thinking about applying next year, after finishing high-school.
never understand the cerebellum until this video
Can we just take a moment to think about the incredibly careful detailed and microscopic dissection someone had to take to figure out that the cortex talks to the cerebellum on the opposite side?
Just wow
tbh the fact that this videos exist on the internet is pretty darn cool. for anyone saying the internet/technology is useless... this could save the ass of a stressed out student who can't comprehend what he's studying.
16:23 I can feel how satisfying it must've been for her to exclaim that
is there a chance to get the slides?
Question, how does a cerebellum look if it is wired differently to a neurotypical thinker?
wrong description about superior cerebellar peduncle and crossing fibers
How do they know all this stuff...what if it's all wrong
How come that the vestibulaire nerve controls the eye movements?!!!
