Did you apply epoxy primer or other coating to inside of door to stop it from rusting?

Would of been cheaper and easier to replace that rear door instead of fixing it

Thank you for your interest in my videos. Restoring it will be cheaper than replacing it. The car doesn't have insurance so there's no money to replace it.

Is this repair shop in Vietnam. Possibly lack of access to parts for this vehicle ? The door is extensively damaged and the shell requires replacement. The intrusion beam appears to have been bent in and more so you need to replace the door shell when intrusion beam is damaged , and inner jamb as well. manufacturer requires this when the beam is impacted. This repair is not recommended and looks to be third world due to lack of parts and proper equipment.

Thank you my dear friend for your interest in this video, please follow and support piter phuc. As you said this car needs to be replaced. But in Vietnam, spare parts prices are very high and the car has no insurance, so customers have to rebuild it to use it.

Tons of Bondo on that door , this is not a good method to repair. Replacement needed.

Thank you for your interest. Yes, this door needs to be replaced, but the car does not have insurance and replacement parts are expensive.
