The Butter Buns [Making Bread for Sunny]

Hello~ Hello everyone, I am Sunny ’s mother who makes bread for Sunny.
"With recipe"
Butter-packed high-gluten flour 300g
Fine sugar 42g
Salt 4g
High sugar resistant dry yeast 3g
water 75g
Egg liquid 75g
Yogurt 42g
Unsalted butter 48g
Baking temperature:
Gobic t60s air furnace 165℃ 16 minutes
Kashi 750s open oven, upper heat 165, lower heat 210℃ within 20 minutes
