Genius filmmaking in my opinion!!! Everytime Indrani opens her mouth you can see right through her lies.. even her interactions with her lawyers.. You could see how calculating she is.. on the other hand the emotions of mikhail and vidhie can be felt. Indrani says "that girl" when talking about sheena multiple times as if its not her daughter. The filmmakers knew what they were doing. Indrani must have been tricked lol.

I think you guys got it wrong about the accent of Mekhail. Indrani Mukerjea was not Bengali, she was an Assamese from Guwahati. She was Indrani Bora by birth and her surname changed after her marriage to Peter Mukerjea. And both Sheena and Mekhail were brought up by their grandparents who are Assamese, it is highly unlikely that Mekhail would develop a Bengali Accent, unless he has spent considerable amount of time with his father Siddhartha Das. So the accent you guys are trying to mimic is Assamese, not Bengali. I know this because I am an Assamese myself. Although it can be confusing hearing the first time.

I think it's plain ignorance among people from the mainland. A simple Google could have told them that Indrani was an Assamese and not Bengali hence Mikhail's accent is Assamese.

Indrani really tried to drive the whole narrative of this documentary. Interrupted the Lawyers at various points. But she seemed to be too smart for her own good. Guys your impression of Mikhail was really funny. Watched your review, then documentary and then your review again. Superb!!!

Dont think it was made to whitewash her image. They even asked the other accused for interview nobody except indrani agreed. Also its very clear from the documentary that indrani is the culprit. You can even catch her on a lie in episode 3. If netflix wanted to whitewash her image they would have edited those footages. Indrani's smile at the end reminded me of Christian bale from american psycho

First of all, Mikail,Indrani Mukherjee , none of them were Bengali. Indrani Bora is from Guwahati if I am not mistaken. Guwahati is anything but Bengal. Being a Bengali I can confirm that culture in North eastern states and Bengal is very different. Just like Punjab and Haryana. Indrani became Indrani Mukherjee after marrying for the 3rd time to Peter Mukherjee. So Mikail was speaking in North eastern accent of Hindi. They do speak like this. But Siddharth Das , for that matter any other Bengali doesn't speak Hindi like this, like the way Shubham imitated. We might have a slight MTI just like a Haryanvi speaking Hindi or a Gujju speaking Hindi but not so tampered like how Shubham did. Anyway, I understand the humour here, so no offence but please don't tarnish our Bengali's image more by confusing Indrani Borah with a Bengali.

I have only watched the documentary and would like to know more.. Do you happen to know if there is any truth to the whole 'Sheena was born out of rape' angle.. Indrani looked like she was lying through her teeth when she said that.. Too bad her father has passed away so this cannot be verified? Has her mother ever commented on this?
