My wife and I visited the Little Portion Hermitage and the Brothers and Sisters of Charity on April 11, 2018. It had been on my bucket list for many years (actually decades) to finally make this pilgrimage to this incredible ministry of John Michael Talbot. Although I am not a Catholic, I am deeply thankful for what his ministry and music has meant in my life and Christian walk for so many years. God bless you and yours, John Michael, and may he continue to bless your ministry!

This is so inspiring. What a lovely community - so flexible. What a joy it would be to live amid professed religious, families, singles, married couples, and those transitioning between those categories. Those kids are so blessed to have this sweet way of life so early. God bless John Michael Talbot and his community. May they always be a beacon and example.

This was the most beautiful and inviting film. I loved the opportunity to visit the community even if it had to virtually. I was in such peace just watching this. Thank you and God bless you and the community.

If they took older people, all monistaries wood become nursing homes. You can get old, while in community, but you can not join old.

Then, the younger members can care for the older. Problem solved. Did St. Francis turn away older people? Can't imagine he did. But what do I know.
