About guest:
Salvatore "Sal the Pizza Guy" Romano (born May 27, 1967) is a former member of the Gambino crime family and their operative on Wall Street, making millions of dollars for the Gambinos by way of stock fraud, first serving under the late John "Johnny G" Gammarano and later becoming a top earner for Michael "Mikey Scars" DiLeonardo, a capo in the Gambino crime family who was at one time considered a possible successor to John Gotti as boss of the family. "Arguably one of the wealthiest gangsters in American mob history", Romano was indicted in a nearly $100 million stock scam in 2003. Romano decided to cooperate and become a government informant in exchange for admittance into the U.S. Witness Protection Program and is currently preparing to publish his autobiographical memoir.

Yes I agree, I also liked when he is asked if certain things are going on now , he has the humility to say he wouldn’t know as he is not involved anymore. A weak person will intimate about particular stuff going on even though they really have no clue about specifics anymore.

I think it’s a very important point Sal makes when he says. “No one will out-study or outwork me” . He also got married young so he had no distractions people have dating, clubbing and other wastes of time abs money. People see the end product of success, but not the hard stuff of actually learning and mastering their craft, making them great at sales as they know everything about their products; giving confidence to the buyer. Having certainty, through ability, versus Bullshitting wins with people every time.

I love the way you are on point with knowing exactly what was going on in all the memories sal had n are so in tune when it comes to your knowledge with cosanostra ...i have an idea for a great new season of podcasts for you ....I'd love to see you try to do a few interviews w some of the wise guys that are in jail we all love to hear all the amazing mob stories and it would be a shame the wise guys locked up just pass away and we only hear Sammy Micheal and a few others stories that everybody knows but there's other mobsters i think the public would love to hear about a different mobster in jail and their life stories in different episodes I'm a musical producer so I'd love to get these stories in a setting where some of Sammy's stories get played with music ......anyways love the channel your a true legend and will always be my go to podcasts to hear a stories of somebody's life with an interviewer like you who knows exactly what to ask and also makes feel like i got the best bio about every episode you drop your fine tuned my man!! 10000 percent agreed with what he said concerning Paul Castellano. A businessman was what was needed. Lots of ppl get it wrong when they said he wasn't street and a weak boss. Paul was on the right track but RICO (an illegal government scheme) and ignorance got the better of many.
