@@GrantMC100 Yeah definitely hasn't had a 5 game season. He played 29 games for sporting prior to transferring, scored 14 with 14 assists in those games... Seems like a pretty long season to me considering it stopped in mid-March

Two defenders, which has nothing to do about Fernandes - but I sooooo agree with his workrate and winning mentality - it brings the best out of Pogba as well - being an example is about bringing good values and actually care about the team and winning. Winning makes people - they're kids - even more now than when OGS etc played. Personality and values are more important than ever. I love sancho as a potential buy, but he's a 20 year old kid with gold chains. He's the perfect right winger right now, but the club is about respect. Zlatan had respect - he worked hard asf! It's okay to be arrogant, I love it, but you have to achieve something before you're "all that". Kids nowadays think they are special because of salaries and followers... It's more important to sign the right people. Not skills alone. Sancho - I'm on the bench - maybe Solskjær can bring the best out of him. I don't know. But it's a risk. He's a risk. Grealish is a younger Mata. You want someone who can go outside and inside on the wing. Greenwood is a priveledge. Right wing needs to be adressed. Everybody agrees on that either way. For me: Left back first. Shaw is almost retarted at times. It's really embarrasing to see. It's like he doesn't understand football? He's covered because of smart guys around him - even the much hated Pogba has done his job. Next there's Lindeløf - he has a weakness in timing, he doesn't have the pace to complement Maguire - he's weaker than most centre backs etc... For a title challenge we need strengthening - it's ironic that we need new centre backs, despite having seven. Even Maguire (despite having an understanding of play and a physical presence) isn't good in change of play, he's terrible one against one etc... To win everything - you need perfection - or to complement weaknesses. Lindeløf and Shaw are the weak links.

When reports surfaced that United were interested in signing Bruno Fernandes, I was hoping it would happen. I thank God United signed him. I have watched a couple of his performances via KZread when he was in Sporting Lisbon. Bruno Fernandes came in to United and changed the mood of the Club! He has a winning mentality, he has a drive and will to win. I read that his performances in training has forced other players to up their game. He is an all round player! He hasn't started taking sudden long range shots that has the ability to catch goalkeepers napping. He did that several times at Sporting Lisbon! If Bruno Fernandes is surrounded by more better players at United, the Club will definitely be contending for the epl title in my opinion! He's definitely one of the best signings (if not the best signing) since Sir Alex Ferguson left. He has a brilliant football brain (I am glad that Olé also acknowledged this too). He also has very good vision. He is at a higher level than most of his teammates by a country mile. The way he has been able to adapt quickly to the pressures of the epl is also quite impressive and commendable. He's a fantastic footballer in my opinion!

As a portuguese, and from a guy that saw this lad playing for the last few years, i knew that this guy would change ManU. Sporting was 10 pieces of wood + Bruno Fernandes, with like 10 managers each season, and he was able to always carry them. If it happened for him not showing in a game it was like insta Humiliation for Sporting. He is a fucking beast, he changed from the 6th best league in Europe for the 1st, and he goes there and manages to keep doing what he is best, which is single handedly carrying a team, and doing that in one of the biggest club in the world, says a lot for a player you have just bought.

Why though? What’s Pogba done in 3 years since he resigned to prove he’s a world class player? Guy goes missing when things don’t go his way, and has more bad/average games than good. So much talent, but has an awful attitude to make the best of what he’s been given. If you play for United you don’t choose when you want to put a shift in and play a good game. You do it EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK. Pogba hasn’t been good enough - NO excuses.

If we keep delaying signings such as Bruno and continue to be reactionary in the transfer market and sign players like dan James then we aren't ever catching City and Liverpool.

He's the most englishly portuguese football player we had in our country for a long time. Long shots, long passes with great accuracy, and always giving his best :). I'm a FC Porto fan and I can tell you this guy was literally carrying Sporting for the last two years.

Having watched so many flops sign for us in recent years, it’s really great to see a new signing join the club and play aswell as Fernandez has. I really think we have done a great piece of business here, he looks like a player who has the potential to be one of the best in world football. The best U20 player Portugal had 5 years ago. Already had an amazing shot/pass capability and was captain of the portuguese youth team and player of Udinese in Italy. Before moving to MU, during his time in Sporting, he reafirmed himself as a natural Team Leader and was elected 2x Player of the Year of the Portuguese league. He is an amazing good guy and MU fans are very lucky. He is an honest gentleman off the field and a warrior on it!
