Well, I like Kara a lot more than Firecracker ... Kara is more human, despite not being one ... I guess that was the message of the game xD

So the guy who played "splinter" the cloning guy , he was in eric kripkes show supernatural as arguabely the most important charachter in fifteen seasons named chuck, jeffery dean morgan played jensen ackles(soldier boys) father , which is why theres a line about what he would do if he raised boys as soliders which is what happens in SPN , bob singer the president was also a big charachter and cait from gen v was also on SPN , and rufus from gen v who got tag team cocksploded played the nicest person on that show in contrast to gen v lol

That's good. It means things aren't/can't be ruined by people reading the comics or spilling what happens to others, and things that work on comics don't always translate well to other media. The important thing is whether it has the spirit of the comics and the main characters seem familiar, and the general consensus seems to be saying it does.

My theory for Kimiko getting drunk is since its made by vought, maybe its specially formulated to get supes drunk. Because in previous seasons, they drank lots of whiskey but never seemed drunk. Except when kimiko lost her powers

i had to take a major pause during the human centipede scene to even get through it lol. butcher is breaking my heart this season, and i really relate to hughie’s storyline with his mom! this was a great season

Love how y'all enjoy Sage's character and the dynamics between her and the others. This episode is kinda the reason she started becoming one of my favorite characters on the show, which is crazy cuz she's only been in it for two episodes lol

Alcohol doesn't make you drunk by damaging you, so healing would only prevent things like liver damage. The effect of being drunk is due to the release of hormones and the alcohol attaching it's self to receptors in the brain dulling them, but not through damage. Super healing alone would have little to no effect on someones ability to get drunk.

If they want their heroes to be resistant to drugs, that's fine. Im just pointing out that the effects of being drunk aren't caused by damage, but the release of hormones, so there's nothing to heal, meaning it has to be a different factor that prevents them getting drunk. It's an important distinction as it explains why other characters with super healing can get drunk.

Alcohol doesn't just damage your body, what alcohol mostly does is interact with certain proteins and the membranes of cells, disturbing them. This disturbance isn't the same as damage. So one would still feel the effects of becoming drunk. The same way if you would spin either character around really fast for a while, that they will be dizzy. The act of becoming dizzy doesn't do damage, just disorientate the senses. Alcohol is removed through the body by its metabolism, at which point you will have to ask if the regenerative characters have a faster metabolism or not. Regardless, any damage done will be healed so they probably would have a higher base tolerance to the effects. That said, fictional people are slave to the pen. In short: The concentration of alcohol in your blood and its interactions in your body is not damage perse.

A Levi Funko POP, I love it

my only problem with the "human centipede" thing is that it served no purpose other than to gross us out. Most horrible things they show on The Boys have a point, the only point I can possibly glean is the pink eye that was just kind of a gag and nothing more. I feel like too much of Frenchie's back story happened off screen, they shoved it at us 1st episode and now they are kind of explaining it instead of showing. Concept not bad but execution is clumsy, at least for what I have come to expect from The Boys.

The pink eye wasnt a gag and nothing more. It was used to set up the only way for them to survive that situation. The gun holders getting distracted. Also Frenchies backstory has been referenced constantly in every little nina scene and most early mallory scenes. They are teasing it out this time because the rest with his dad and his "leash" has been so overt

@@masonzeo801 I would argue Butcher storming in was enough of a distraction, which happened anyway. That said I can take that as an answer though I find it weak. And the backstory I am specifically referring to is specifically this guy he his now seeing, not his checkered past. I mean I know Frenchie does stupid crap but to latch onto someone you know you already victimized and bring them into your circle then start a relationship... and all this happens off screen. I just feel like it's weak writing and they could still do it all but better, like maybe waiting to tell us the audience about what is going on till later when the dude will obviously find out so we are more shocked or maybe have Frenchie not even remember so this whole debate is moot and he just has a new relationship. Plus I know nothing happened with him and Kimiko in the comics but they had a whole musical number about them last season. I feel like the show was steering us that way and took a jarring left turn in an unsatisfactory manner.

She clearly has an intense familial relationship problem and he has become her "new" brother from what we've seen. Also butcher would not have come in before they got gunned down considering the time it took for him to come in. He came in after a good bit of fighting happened.

As for Butcher not coming being their in time, well the only reason he came in when he did is because they wrote it that way, there really wasn't anything established that was keeping him from being there, so I still feel like the pink eye thing and your reasoning for it, is contrived and bad writing. What I can't stand is to see them bickering for no good reason. The Colin thing is just annoying because he was obviously thrown in there to manufacture some tedious drama. Feel sorry for the actor - he has been given nothing but boring exposition to build his character on.
