Josh is a long time friend of both of them, he is a comedian that loves music and can kinda sing. His podcast about the 500 beat albums of all time, is great. That being said, he is a dude bro, that lives in LA, i think. And he doesn't make the best of decisions, and isn't aware of himself that much. But it genuinely seems like he cant help it, like its his personality. So thats what it is, we all accept him . Him and Big Jay just did a parody on Nikki Glasers Bob Saget song. Highly recommend it
