I’m pretty certain the Avalon is the group that was terrorizing the dc monuments since the corners correspond to who is fighting who like Iraq and Kuwait…dc and Avalon..I did research and Avalon is supposedly a mythic island with a lot of magical items like the sword in the stone so like how all the campaigns go they think they will make the world a better place by destroying it which would explain the codename Avalon…I hope this helped and I wanted to say that I love your videos and I’m hyped for this call of duty have a good one man keep it up..

The bigger clue in that photograph on the evidence board was the burning oil fields. In Operation Desert Storm, when coalition forces were pushing through Kuwaiti oil fields containing active oil wells that Iraqi forces set on fire in their retreat as part of a scorched earth policy. Probably one of the most compelling pieces of media from that operation.

That “Avalon” thing is a mystical island in British mythology where the *Excalibur* was rumored to be forged for King George. But I don’t see how that can relate to Black Ops 6. So my guess would be that “Avalon” will be a codename for some place that we don’t know about yet. We’ll probably either learn more about it through in game teasers or the reveal of the game on June 9th. Either way, I think it’s a codename for some place we do not know currently.

Avalon is a song by Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music. So Avalon is going to be some sort of 'Ferry' building yard. Loaded with Bullions of Gold where Saddam used to hide his loot!. I have had this confirmed by the Speigel Group who have been in development of this entry in the franchise. There is also a Zombie Map to do with this 'Ferry' ,Zombies that were created through nuclear test missiles and rockets in the desert. Thank me later 👍

Pics of the oilfields on fire not a sandstorm. Iraqi's lit the oilfields (wells) on fire before they retreated IRL. Also its Jan, not February. Big scene in the movie Jarheads abiut all the oil raining from the wells on fire.

Fuck this challenge, i spent nearly 4 hours trying to complete it, they made this challenge just to keep player numbers up but in a terribly boring way

The most interesting thing about this campaign is how we're going to transition from the end of the First Gulf war, to the start of the Iraq war after 9/11. How is that timeline going to be filled to make it all tie with MW2019. Maybe we'll get some more flashbacks in Black Ops 2026 as its a sequel to BO2
