It’s finally here… This project - from the writing, arranging, recording and planning - is a culmination of 18 YEARS in the making. I still can’t believe we pulled this off! One of the best nights of my life, and by far my favorite project I’ve ever worked on, and probably ever will. So thankful to the incredible artists, and orchestra, and choir, and HUNDREDS of people it took to plan and execute this concert. Would love to hear in the comments below what your favorite song is!! I ❤both that Awesome song - first sung by an amazingly gifted singer named Michael English!!! And boy did he go thru Hell w/Christians who crucified him for coming clean!!! They were Ridiculous! And if affected Michael English- and not in a good way … believers know the devil 😈 was behind the whole mess! True Jesus Believers do not handle Michael’s situation by kicking him as he fell from Grace by his choices - yet when he asked for forgiveness - like the devil .. nope! They wanted blood!!! One more thing that maybe most people don't notice. What I like the most about this concerto is the choice of the songs is about nothing but Jesus. I believe Tommee can choose a song such as "Jingle Bells", "O Christmas Tree", etc and arrange them as amazingly. But he understands exactly the essence of Christmas. Merry Christmas everyone!

Jordan Smith is UNREAL. OMG I teared up listening to him.

It is so refreshing to see a Christmas concert focussed on Jesus, rather than all the Ho, Ho, Jingle Bells secular commercialism. Tommee has really spoilt the chances of anyone ever watching a Christmas concert that will surpass The Birth of a King. It is a true masterpiece. So much so that songs I would not normally count among my Christmas favourites are now in my playlist.

Wow! Evvie McKinney... 48:38 In love with this version, amazing and it's impressive what hearing something like that conveys, you feel the presence of the Holy Spirit! This version is my favorite, I can't stop listening to it, it's magnificent, how they integrated everything makes it surprising, it even gives you chills. Beautiful!

This is absolutely otherworldly. Unfortunately, so many artists have redone so many of these songs and ruined them to the point that they lose their meaning and message. Tommee Profitt and these artists breathed new life into these songs and infused them with power and spirit. “The Birth Of A King” is not only an album I listen to on repeat this time of year, but throughout the year when I need a powerful reminder of Christ’s glory. This is an absolute masterpiece, Tommee Profitt. Thank you for sharing this with the world.

Thank you for bringing me back to Jesus! You single handedly have repaired my heart and I'm finally letting go of pain that has held me down for literally decades. My relationship with Jesus is my number one focus each day I wake up now. And thank you for honoring Mary. I think we forget she was just a girl by today's standards and she excepted God's calling with such grace. I can't imagine what it must have been like for her to look into the eyes of her baby, knowing she was looking into the eyes of God. The courage she showed, the strength, the beauty, the grace to give birth to and raise the Lord is almost beyond comprehension. And for Joseph to walk beside her, to except this child, to raise and love him as his own....he was a man cut from a different cloth. How lucky are we that this little family came to be in order to save us all. My heart is bursting with love. Thank you for spreading his word...you are a true messenger for God.

This will forever be my Christmas album. It's going to be a tradition.

My daughter and I were so blessed to be able to sing in the choir for this concert (and thankfully will also be in the choir at the Grand Ole Opry show this year!! 🥳). As I told TP during a rehearsal break last year, I am 60 years old, and this is without question the most beautiful and epic Christmas project I have ever heard or experienced in my lifetime. "Noel/He is Born" is my favorite (if I had to pick one -- they are all wonderful!). This album is a Christmas CLASSIC (and will be for many years to come). Tina, your performance was so powerful that it literally brought me to tears. You have such an amazing presence, and I hope one day I'll be able to see you perform live!

You know that during this concert, there was a huge smile on God's face, as He basked in the glory of all the praise that He so rightfully deserves. He alone deserves all the credit. You can tell that all these performances were so heartfelt and humbly given. It puts a tear in my eye to hear the passion for singing to our savior 🙏🏻

I have watched this several times over the last couple of days. I just want to say to you Tommee, thank you for all of your work on this. The arrangements were spectacular, the performances phenomenal. But the best part is that the arrangements still allowed for the words of the songs to come through loud and clear. This old Christmas hymns are so rich in truth and theology, and you allowed those truths to shine and not overpowered. Sometimes we overlook the rich truths in these songs because we’ve heard them so many times. Your arrangements allowed to truths to be accentuated. I found myself in tears multiple times upon each viewing, as not only the performances moved me, but the words about our Savior pierced through to my heart. God and sinners reconciled. Mild He lays His glory by, born that man no more may die. With His blood, mankind has bought. Let us all with one accord sing praises to our Heavenly Lord. He is born. The Son of God has come to dwell, to save the world. Emmanuel. God with us. Now go and tell.

Actually, you're doing more harm than good even though your intentions are in the right place. We need to plant the seed and let the Holy Spirit fertilize The Word.

Wow! What an anointed production! When talent, hardwork and the Holy Spirit are combined, you get this! Praise Jesus. The entire concert was EXCELLENT. From 50:50 till 51:21 i cried because Evvie literally gave her all for Jesus in that moment and it felt like she was saying that the world had better put some RESPEK on His Name. Praise be to Jesus! Thank you Tommee. God bless you in Jesus name!

I’ve never really liked any renditions of Hark the Herald Angels Sing, but your arrangement and Doe’s vocals just made it a whole brand new song for me and my heart jumped out of my chest. She wasn’t just singing…she was preaching.

My Christmas came 12,20,23 as I could hardly drive for the tears and hands raised was literally driving w my knees. My soul and heart are full , yet I can’t stop listening! Can we please play this entire project on 1 loud speaker for the entire WORLD to hear at the same time?! 🔔🎤 pretty sure we would have world-peace honoring the TRUE Prince of Peace! This entire project is supernatural. “Birth of a KING” will be a timeless work. Tauren Wells and SVrcina took the room to another place with “Oh Holy Night”. Unbelievable. Every single song and performance is spectacular. Colton and Hollyn, Doe, Evvie. Heaven’s favor is all over this. “Prince of Peace we honor YOU alone”

This is honestly the best Christmas album I’ve ever heard ever. Everything was just perfection. From the singers to the orchestra and everyone involved! The Birth of a King isn’t just a Christmas album, it’s one of the greatest albums ever, period. I listen to it all year, this is what I pray I hear when I finally come to those heavenly gates, pure joy, praise and beauty. This show was so amazing to watch, I couldn’t even fathom being there in person. Who ever was there you were lucky to witness a beauty of Praise that the lord surely beamed over. Well done Tommee.

What I love MOST about this concert is that every single song is about Christ. But there's so many other things to love. I love the arrangements, the vocals, the orchestration, the lighting, etc. I discovered this concert about a week ago and have already listened to the entire concert 7 or 8 times. My favorite song is we Three Kings. But that was a hard one because every single song is spectacular. I love O Come O Come, Mary did you Know, What Child is this, Noel. Amazing!!! Absolutely amazing!!!!

Christmas morning: my nine year old son gets up to open his presents. This Christmas special is what he chose to put on the tv this morning before waking the house up to open his presents. Makes my heart sing ❤🥰

Now THAT S a real concert! And ALL real singers,full of talent! And the melodies are superior. Not the usual "concerts" nowdays with so called talented singers... Congratulations Tommy! You organised a real very rare these days concert!

The only Christmas album I’ve ever heard that actually does true justice to the events it’s describing. Seeing this live would seriously be a dream come true

I just ran into this on KZread-I loss my mom this year-and God surely gave me this gift. I have shared this with everyone I know. God is truly in this project because it was perfect. From the songs and voices to the orchestra. My spirit was filled. I can only image how it will be I heaven and the massive amount of my music all in one accord. Please continue doing more projects. I will never forget this!

"Go Tell It On the Mountain" is my least favorite Christmas song...until Crowder's performance. I was dancing in my kitchen to it!

I’ve listened to this over and over again. All the songs are so beautiful, but for some reason Silent Night touches me the most. Her voice is so beautiful and when the choir and her start humming the song this is what I imagine it will be like when I reach the gates of heaven and see Jesus with the angels.

oh my goodness, this concert was amazing. "Hark the Herald Angels Sing" sung by DOE was...incredible...the way she ended it. THE way she ended it....amazing.

The Mary did you know performance was so moving and powerful. I literally cried here on my bed. I cannot imagine how it felt to actually be there and hear that powerful performance in person. I got chills. The Holy Spirit is definitely taking over.

There will never, ever be a more beautiful version O Holy Night! Tauren Wells is just plain sick. His voice warms my body each and every time I hear him. It's hard to watch him sing because tears are usually filling my eyes. And that key change? Totally, totally, totally awesome!
