@@fcturner I mean, I was specifically referring to the concert (and before that the album) that this performance is from. Tommee set out to create an album of Christmas songs with the goal of making it sound like an epic movie soundtrack for the story of Christ’s birth. Mostly I was pointing out that Tommee is a lot more than just the “piano guy” when it comes to this video, and that there’s a lot more awesomeness for Tara to react to from just this concert alone if she’s interested. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But sure, let’s go ahead and act like my giving Tommee props automatically discounts everyone else involved. 🙄😂

My Daughter took piano with him in high school, she said when he would sing everyone would stop what they were doing and listen, I have met his mother and she is the sweetest lady.

Have watched Voice before Jordan till now. No one is close. Simply the best ever on the show. Chilling

When Jordan Smith sang on The Voice, my daughter and I agreed that this was one of the few times that the contestant was more talented than the pro coaches. That he won was no surprise! I'm glad to see that he is still showing that great talent and blessing his audiences because so many talent show contestants shine and then fade away.

I hope people don't lose the message of the song he's singing. Well done Jordan.

Tara represents me 100% when i watch him singing

Jordan Smith has a Glorious voice. His live vocals are off the charts.

I've seen him in concert with Amy Grant. And I can tell you I had goosebumps and chills through my whole entire body. His voice is so amazing in person. It is the most beautiful voice I have ever personally heard. I truly recommend that anyone to go hear him live.

He actually won his Season on The Voice with Adam Levine as coach. He definitely deserved that win! He's really that great of a singer!

Jordan Smith has a strong voice! He did an outstanding job with this song. Mary J Blige sung this song on her Christmas CD and she did an outstanding job also! Not too many artist do a good job with this song, but he did! I would love to hear Tara do a cover to this song! I know she would do an outstanding job!

By far one of my fav ever Voice winners. I regularly rewatch his voice journey in awe. My fav bit s pharrells face when he sings set fire to the rain. It is just one of utter disbelief that he is as good as he is. Phenomenal singer.

He’s underrated because he is a Christian and refuses to go any other way - that doesn’t make it very far in the secular world.

This is one of my favorite Christmas songs. I am literally crying right now. Pentatonic's version is a distant second in comparison.

Love your channel :) what a voice he has

I swear to God, I watched his season every week, religiously, and from his first audition, I looked over at my dad, and I was absolutely freaking out. I swore to my dad that I didn't even have to hear the rest of the contestants because I already knew from his Chandelier performance that he'd be the winner. Sure enough, he won. On another note, I'm not sure why I struggled with my head voice before my transition. Once I started HRT and my voice settled in the baritone register, I discovered my mixed register. As an alto 2, I didn't have one. I think it also helped me significantly that throughout my entire voice change from the Testosterone, I stretched my voice with vocal exercises, singing various songs that challenged my range, and still stay committed to that process 8 years later. On a good day, my range has probably doubled from what it used to be because not only has my voice gained a much deeper range, I've also been able to keep my previous range of an alto 2 while using my head voice. It's wild.
