The BIGGEST Thing I've Ever Turned!! | Segmented Woodturning
Ойын-сауық
In this video I turn a segmented vase made out of 2000 pieces of walnut and ash, one for each of the lovely people that have subscribed to my KZread channel!
I just want to say a big thank to the thousands of people who have subscribed to my channel after watching my other two segments for subscriber videos, I have no intentions of stopping so if you liked this one please like and share this video because it helps me out loads!
I have to say a big thank you to my first sponsor ISOtunes for sending me some of their PRO wireless headphones which I have been using for the last 5 months and i couldn't be happier with them. I have used them nearly everyday at work with a big extractor making a racket and they cancel the noise out very well, I couldn't be happier with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for some headphones.
You can find these for sale here

If you enjoy my videos and would really like to help me out in the future making more videos it would help me out greatly by becoming one of my patreons on pateron, i am doing a giveaway for one of my pens on there when i hit $100 per video so if you would like a chance to win one of my pens for as little as $1 head on over!

Thank you all so much for watching, this vase is the biggest thing I have ever turned on a lathe and is the 6th thing that isn't a pen i have ever turned so i hope you like it! I want to say a huge thank you to the nearly 2000 people who have shared my 1000 segment pen video, it helps my channel grow so much and if you liked this video please share it because I wouldn't of grown so much this year without it! Such high and specialized craftsmanship deserved equally highly sought after material: IVORY ..of different shades ...Ebony and Ivory ...Such Craftsmanship is becoming rarer and rarer ..it should be preserved with special material ...Congratulations ...

Thats an interesting drum sander attachment for your lathe. Do you have a video making that?
@JamesGarwood

I don't have a video on making it but it was simple to make, the base is two 400mm square bits of MDF which are hinged at the back and there is a nut at the front centre glued in the bottom board and a long bolt with a small handle going through the bottom one to adjust the top bed up and down, I hope that helps!
