In order to lose weight, you have to eat very little. I have done it. The other alternative is to eat a calculated diet which you stick to like a dog on a bone. I went the route of eating very small meals, you could call them mini meals and it did work. At times it was actually painful. I felt very uncomfortable when I was going to sleep especially. The other way to do it is to burn a lot of calories. It might be worth it for him to seriously train. Even if he couldn't play on an NBA level, maybe he could play internationally. He could make enough money in couple of years to pay for graduate or professional school. Or jump start his financial foundation.

@@anonymike8280 when you weigh 330-340lbs and are 7ft tall, you'd lose weight eating 2500-3000 calories a day, especially if involved in sports. Sometimes there are other factors stopping weight loss, and its definitely difficult to have the willpower to stick to it, but its not a case of having to starve yourself.

Solid basketball? The dude is hardly ever in position on defense because the opposing team can run the ball against him. He can't move on offense so they have to keep him up above the free throw line so he can attempt to get back on defense. Any decent coach can easily exploit him when he's on the court via pacing and spacing. You can even see it a few times in these clips. He's a below average player and his weight hurts his game even more. I don't mean to be rude or say he can't be good but as it stands now I don't really understand the hype. He's an oddity player and people are vastly overrating him. He seems to be a humble and good person though so I do hope he finds success.

I see him in the Pros.. Drop that weight, build some muscles and do some cardio cause the skill set is already there.. He would be a late first round pick or early 2nd round pick for sure..

This is unironically such an excellent KZread video. Tells a full story without words from the creator. Amazing. Genuinely one of my favorites from you PSC. Keep up the good work.

This guy is awesome. Can't explain why but he's just so cool.
Used to watch him playing for victor all the time, pretty good guy
Mad respect to bro, I'm sure he's taken all the criticism in the world but is still ballin
Hey Connor, keep having fun out there man, that's all that matters! You rock too man, great ballin. Don't sweat the mistakes, just keep grinding and having fun, that's what its all about

The school is in Rochester, only an hour away. Easy trip if you want to get one D1 game. Though they could just as easily get to Syracuse, Niagara, Canisius, and Bonaventure.
99.9 percent of us will go our entire lives without ever seeing someone that big. That is a massive human being. Hope he has a fun and successful career!

He's gonna die really, really young. 7 footers are almost universally skinny, because the amount of food they have to eat to gain weight is enormous. To get as fat as this kid, there's no way he lives past 40.

He's doing literally none of those things. He's just standing there. He's just so fat and tall that nobody can move him and it acts like a pick. He has no real basketball skills besides being extremely tall while playing against other scrub teams in the lowest division in college bball. He's probably one of the only 7 footers that play in Division 3, as all the good ones play in Division 1.
I don't know or didn't know of Connor, but hearing that he has merch and donates some of it to charity, all while balling like this is awesome. Props to the big man from another big man!!!!!!!!!! LFG!
