I think Reed Shepherd as Gilbert Arenas was talking about certain players trying to do too much. Shepherd is a player who takes what the defense gives to him simply special fits, but just look at Tim Duncan fundamentally Sam wins championships.

Hornets should draft Donovan Clingan with the 6th. He rebounds as well as mark williams. He has a post game witch mark williams still doesn't have. He has a potential 3 point range jump shot, witch Also mark doesn't have. And most Underrated of all.. He Has the passing gift. Witch Mark will never have. I think he is the right pick for there future. Big man that can pass dont grow on trees... Pack up mark with Bridges and get some draft capital for the next few years. Hornets need a defensive identity....

why would a team want 2 slow bigs. even 1 is a waste. clingan is a future back up or 15 min a game guy. the league is just getting faster and more agile. how does clingan defend a center at the 3 point line and then help out in the paint? answer: he can’t.

charlotte should go for sarr. a modern big that can play the 4 and 5, a tall PG that can play the 1-3, and a wing that can play the 2-4 are the perfect, versatile building blocks for a team.

Sarr's not going number 1. Rumour is he doesnt want to go to Altlanta and is doing everything in his and his agents power not to get picked. Not gonna lie as an Aussie i'm fucking livid about it. Having the 1st ever no1 pick out of the NBL would have been great for the NBL's Next Star program. Which would have only been helped by the G-league shutting down the Ignite. The fact that the no1 is likely going to a player playing out of France for the 2nd year in a row is just a bonus kick in the balls.

Better for that #1 pick to become all-nba. He will have diminished chances to develop because of the heavily ball dominant guards Atlanta already has.

@aaronpeters6209 The better sell (for the NBL) is actually RotY over awards that would come later in a players career. The sell for the Next Star is to get them drafted high and have them the most NBA ready. I do get what you're saying, but it's not really in the spirit of the draft. Like if things pan out the way I see them going, if clingan is still on the board at 4 the spurs will swap their 4th and 8th pick to have Risacher. I feel like that's the only good outcome cause they won't pick clingan at 1 I don't think. They just have to hope Houston wants reed or they don't trade the pick to anyone else

Because Hawks have a lot of those with Trae, Bogi, Johnson, Dejounte. Risaccher hopefully will get comfortable with these Hawks roster

Not much potential superstars. Most of the top picks can be 2nd or 3rd options. But most are better than Anthony Bennett😂

Yall Know The Draft Is Like The Presidency It’s Already Determined

This draft is definitely a developmental draft. A lot of these prospects has one glaring issue that if corrected will make them great if not quality players in the league. We will see how good these NBA scouting and development departments.

I disagree, outside of the top 4 or 5, I think I would take an older guy who has at least showed you he can play at a high level in college
