Michael, Annemaykarient, Henning Mays voice. Cover Toms Diner feat Giant Rooks. . So cool so addictive and charismatic. Also cover Roxanne with Milky Chance Annemaykarient Also brilliant cover of can’t get you out of my head. They are German though Giant Rooks sings his own stuff in English as does Milky Chance. Would be watching with bated breath to see and hear how you hear them. 🎈🎈🪀

Peter Ealy should be no caveat such as ‘for a street band’ Off the charts wherever wherever. Violets tale much of RENs work takes place outside. When big push are in the street they mic up towards the listeners to catch ambiance.

Ren did say in one of his recent interviews " never say never " and if Rens treatment works long term their may be a re union especially if Ren earns enough to make it happen..

Brighton was my home a few years ago, they call it London by the sea - a diverse and inclusive place; well worth a visit - it holds an arts festival for the whole month of May - so a really good time to go if you get the chance. ☮

We lost Robbie Robertson yesterday & it reminds me how blazzing fast it goes... i hope these lads drink every cup & enjoy the heck out of every minute, together or apart, they are brilliant.... but maybe one day Brighton will again be so blessed. Rock on!

Gorran's lead vocals can also be appreciated for the Paranoid section of the War Pigs mashup, for Feelin' Good in the Wade In the Water/Nina Simone/Trouble So Hard mashup, and on the incredible Swan Song. ❤ Maybe (probably) more too, but those are the three I can add immediately to the list of Gorran vocals. 👍

Enjoying every Ren / The Big Push reaction. :-) Keep it coming! Also would love to see you give the austrian scene a chance - did that too after enjoying Ren's catalogue to the fullest. COMPLETE - Jordan is a 5 year older track than Hi Ren for example - for everyone enjoying the one of Ren i would love to bring them this piece in mind since it's also very simliar and have alot of truth for diffrent mindsets to bring you further

I just discovered this same thing on KZread and my husband is a bassist and to see Ren’s skills on bass? We were both FLOORED! He plays it in such a unique badass way!!

Yo Michael!. Endings are bittersweet. This one especially. This was a band destined for greatness. Poised on the precipice as they say. If they are ever all in the same place at the same time, I like to think they would do something together. Love the insider bit about not just anybody standing on a man's kickdrum. I didn't know that and it makes their friendship look even more awesome! A footnote: Ren stood on Glenn's kickdrum on several videos I have seen. He is a natural showman!

Yo Mike as always, it's so fun hearing this from the POV of another musician. The Big Push, 9th Sept 2022, Brighton Dome was the last concert. If you search it out the way I wrote it, the entire concert can be found here on youtube. I loved it but I acknowledge that I'm biased.❤❤❤

There are many of us that hope maybe... when Ren is back in the UK they'll reunion. Wishful thinking maybe but it seems such a shame for it to end when they were so good together. Although at this point Ren's busking days are also probably over. He's too big now, too known.

Sounds like bass running through a guitar amp played with a pick…..I like running bass through guitar amps.

The more you like it then I enjoy it more. Your reactions are getting more intense. You notice each player most reactiors don’t do this as consistently. Hey Michael once Ren is back in uk I think Ren won’t be able to resist to get together for a BIG PUSH PARTY Sounds like you would be up for it as I would, ha ha I could recognise you but you wouldn’t recognise any of your subscribers 😜 yo 🪀 🎈

Got to wonder why all those coat-hangers are hanging off the wall in the street?! **EDIT** Figured it out ... there is a sign stating that if you are cold then help yourself to [presumably] clothing that would be hanging there during winter. Good idea! Brighton has a shed-load of homeless people who live on the streets, so it makes sense.

Yo Michael, this is bitter sweet .These guys truly captured the spirit of Rock and Roll ! And their harmonies were epic ! I would love to see you in Brighton . I would love to see you even more with Liv in Brighton. I would love to see you even more making music with Liv in Brighton!

You're right. I think because the rest of the world has only just NOW 'discovered' The Big Push and fallen in LOVE with them all- NOW there's the demand for more. Such great energy and you can see the ease of their 'meld' developed having played so much together and knowing each others skills - and quirks!- so well. I hear most of them are pursuing their own solo careers - and sure, we should be supporting them individually as well, BUT we all wonder if it's at all possible for them to get back together, maybe? For one or two performances per year - or something... Maybe? Who knows. * Also just want to shout out about the Drummer: # Glenn Chambers # who does such a brilliant job of delivering the solid and very flexible foundation of every song, and who, in the clips I've seen at least, doesn't get the same 'shine' as the front men. (an occupational hazard for Drummers it seems! ) Great job Glenn. Great reaction. Nice to hear the detail in the breakdown of what is happening throughout. 😊

Takes me back to the day The Big Push found me on the tube. Had that immediate recognition of a special and unique union of talent creating magic together. I never tire of seeking out TBP in my music library. So sad to think they might never play together again and make that special blended brand of music. Gorran has been missing in action and I’m always wondering if he is making music and entertaining people somewhere somehow. Thank you for reminding me of this bittersweet finale and giving it your special blend of appreciation, guitar tips and bits and your love of great music of any style or genre - favoloso moi amico⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ps go to Brighton Mike

I’d love to experience it through your ears and eyes. The Teskey Brothers played there not too long ago and loved it. MG busking in Brighton? How cool would that be❣️🔥

Another great live performance, is Ren's Jenny and screech trilogy, it was filmed with a 360 camera so you can move the camera about with your cursor and see the crowd joining in. If you do watch it, at the very beginning of the performance before Ren appears on stage, he addresses the crowd from a rooftop, so start with the camera pointing to the left and up, to see him appear... its an absolutely mesmerising performance and his interaction with the crowd is heart-warming well worth a watch, there are extra bit in there too.

Any specific brand/model recommendation? (Oh, also, I have arthritis in the middle finger of my left hand, which makes it difficult to put pressure on it and I cannot completely close it into a fist. Do you think that would prevent me from learning?)
