Very well covered answered my questions. I picked the solar boost 4. But size is exact so waiting for it to loosen up a bit yielding more comfort.

Everytime u see a heel striker u know they don't even run

Solar Boost is not a neutral running shoe. It's overly stable, rigid and heavy running shoe for beginners who can't land their feet properly. If you are middle level or higher, you should buy Supernova +, or SL20, or Boston for daily runs.
