Aaron Poisson thanks a lot! It cost me $3000 cause I also had carbon fiber wrap pieces installed so was a little more. You will love the color and wrap

@@ChristianHudnell my local shop initially quoted me $3100, but now they charging $3800 for that $700+ I hope they wrap door jams, gas cap etc... I live in New England, do you get snow and ice where you live? If so, any winter maintenance advice?

Maybe it's just me, I like hand washing my car. I don't think about nothing else. It's peaceful to me. Another great video man!

when you cover the car with a car cover do you have to clean the whole car from road debris daily then apply the car cover?

Hey Subzeru! I bought a mercedes with grey designo matte, as i seen this method good for it. How much shampoo and water in the bucket? Do you use any coats/sealing or only this method? Did you tried Meticulous matte detailer and spray sealant after dried? How do you remove bird poop?

Martin Black hey! Nice that is really cool. I had 2 buckets, 1 for dirt debris and cleaning off, 1 for using to wipe car. I sprayed down a coat of car with water to lubricate car. Then I wiped car down. I usually do 1 or 2 coats depending o. How dirty car is. Then I finish by spraying water to wash off ray of soap and dirt. Then I use microfiber towel to wipe. To remove bird poop I use the cleaning stuff here. I also have a spray that I use to clean debris and poop as well. It’s like a detailer and touch up spray. Thanks for the comment 😊

Always use car covers when the car isn’t being used to maintain wraps.

@@gus-ek4im I have not ran it thru a car wash because of the brushes they use. I just go to the self service car wash and power wash it no soap. It wipes down real easy. Most of the time I just use a damped cloth with only water and it shines so nice. Congrats on your wrap

What color is the wrap?

This is probably a stupid question but those fender flares did you have to cut the inner fenders for them to fit or is it something you can just stick on with 3M tape

Hey! I cut the inner fenders to have more room for wheels and and tires. You can stick on but you won;t be able to fit bigger tires in car. With flares you will need wider stance to fill gap of flares. Hope this helped.

They are the my chemical guys soap for satin wrap materials. I can't remember the name but ask or call my chemical guys and they can help you out :)

Yeah that helps for sure! Getting a nice pressure washer is good for sure but to really clean and keep the color strong with wrap a nice soap really clean off well. They both go hand in hand honestly. You are right

Will the auto wash stuff work with gloss cars or just matte

They have different wash chemicals based on material. This is for satin wrap material but they have matte and gloss. I use the gloss wash on my corvette. Works very good
