The BEST Way to Embroider a Patch

I searched everywhere for a video on how to make a really good embroidered patch and couldn’t find one - so here is my consolidated version of all of the best information I could find!

    I’m not a big fan of hooping anything 😂 if I don’t need to I won’t!

    Seems like you’d waste a lot of your patch fabric hooping so much. I cut out small patch size pieces and float mine over the film and trim in the hoop after the tack down stitch finishes. Then just embroider the design and finish with the satin edge. Pop it out and you’re done!

    Why bother with the badge master after it’s done when it’s water soluble? Its not going to do anything
