Want that watch so badly!
Green Aqua Terra 41 is a great value green dial as well, incredibly versatile and a green that's fun but can also dress up.

Was thinking the same thing as well. Maybe he didn't include it because it been over done? Omega and Rolex could've been in all the categories lol

This is my grail watch, the green horizontal line 6oClock date window version is a beautiful and versatile piece.

Red. Ugh. Get a red plastic swatch. Real watches don’t come in red.
In my opinion seikos cocktail time mojito dial is criminally underrated. It's incredibly beautiful in real life

Agree with this. It looks much nicer in person than in photos, as it has a 3D-like depth to it.

It is my first watch I ever got and I really love them :)
Green has long been my favorite color. Glad it’s getting more prevalent on watch faces. And clearly, not all green Watch faces are created equally. Really like the Breitling. Not mentioned but a nice green dial Omega ‘57 Speedmaster. Merry Christmas everyone.

Merry Xmas I agree. I don’t hate blue but color please. Red is the color of 23 calling it now
Sinn 104 with the sparkle green dial is fantastic. I have the LE version with the Arabic numbers but there is a non LE version with regular indices in the sparkle green. Great looking everyday watch that changes from black , deep green, to sparkle green explosion depending on the light.
Another one to mention: Kurono Grand Mori - mind blowing green dial in person. Urushi tree sap makes the lacquer dial and it gives the feeling of sunlight filtering through tree leaves. It's limited but easier (lots on secondary market) and much cheaper to get than most of the watches on todays list. The Anordaine green fume is amazing as well, but much harder to get. Thanks for the video and Merry Christmas!
Good suggestions. A minor ommission of the dressy group: the SEIKO Pressage Cocktail Time in green. At around 650$ a solid entry watch.
Pistachio Breitling is absolute perfection
Great video Teddy! Love that you mentioned the tribute Reverso & GS. Ooh and that H. Moser!! Keep the videos coming and enjoy the holidays!!
Can't believe that you missed the Grand Seiko Green Bamboo SBGJ259. The dial on that piece is just beyond art...
@whywecollectwatches

The SBGJ259 is a piece of art for sure!
Was hoping to see the Oris NYH Limited Edition on here. Green dial matches the hue of the harbor and the oysters on the case-back are classic attention to detail from the brand. Looking to add that to my collection if I can find the right edition number! Merry Christmas Teddy, and thanks for another great year of watch content!!!

That watch is I think easily the most beautiful green dial piece on market right now. Also the only green mother of pearl dial I know. Bad miss
Thanks for this video, Teddy! I’m in the market now for a beautiful green dial and this was very helpful!
Happy New Year Ted! Another fantastic video! I LOVE green dials. I have the Traska Commuter in Green which is my go-to weekender and I really love this watch. The dial is gorgeous, and the band is seriously scratch-resistant. Why other makers don't use this magic-steel is beyond me. I'm watching the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra in 41mm with the subtle green dial as well. I'm super chasing this watch this year. Keep the videos rolling! Cheers from Hong Kong.
Content, Coverage, and Crisp summary is incredible, Teddy! My favorite, JLC riverso.. doesn’t do justice in pictures or video, see it in person, simply spectacular!!
Next big colors will be shades of purple and probably some more maroon/burgundy action. Personally, green is my favorite, but I'd like to see more yellow dials. I don't think yellow's number's quite up just yet, though.
Great knowledge and wise, informed choices as ever. Respect. Personally, if you pick one Glashutte Original with a green dial, I prefer the green in the Panomatic Lunar. But it's subjective! I love the PRX Automatic in green, which is my favorite PRX model. At the unobtainable end of the spectrum, I'd also acknowledge the Daytona 116508 yellow gold & green dial as perhaps the most beautiful and striking green dial of all. Almost as unobtainable, but more subtle and I think underappreciated, is the Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Complication Rose Gold (Olive) Green Dial with Moonphase 5205r-011.
Wonderful video Teddy, thanks for all your research and attention to detail. 👍🏻
Great video, Teddy! Thanks for sharing!
Loved this unique green video Looking forward to more such videos Teddy
Another brilliant video, thanks Teddy!!!!
Another great video! Though I really need to minimize how often I watch your videos--- Buying way too many watches now--- I really appreciate your objective and thorough videos. I was surprised not to see the ORIS Aquis Date Green Dial on here-- it's honestly one of the most beautiful green dial I've seen-- it's one of those watches I have appreciated more in person and quickly find myself going for it as a daily watch.
Another great video! Thanks for sharing.
Great video! Thank you, Teddy. Would love to see a video featuring red dials. Merry Christmas!
Love your vids Teddy! Merry Christmas
I am literally in the process of looking for a green dial watch to add to my collection, couldn’t have posted this at a better time!
I recently got the Casio Edifice Classic (EF-527D-3AVUEF) with the green dial, beautiful looking watch. Have a great day everyone!
Great compilation. I especially like the Reverso and the Oris. They are superb. 😃
Fantastic video Teddy. In the end i love the Breitling. Thank you for the best presentation available anywhere on Earth. 🙂
The Seiko Presage Mojito is also worth a look for a beautiful green face at a very good price point. One of my favorite dials regardless of price point, especially in good light.
One of my favorite green dial watches is the Citizen Promaster BN0157-11X Eco-Drive. as well as the BN0158-00X . I had to get the 11X from Japan. They are reliable, affordable, everyday watches that work well with a nato strap or get a bracelet to dress them up a little. Great videos Teddy, I always enjoy them and I am a subscriber.
Dear Teddy, great job as usual. Love the Breitling as its vintage looks remind me of my father’s old Lemania chronograph, which I had fully restored some years ago. Classy and nostalgic. A bit pricy though. But maybe one of these days you could cover those old chronographs or those milky-dialed vintage watches. Keep up the good work, you are a blessing to us watch lovers!

The word you are looking for is restored. Wear your dad's watch in health!
I think you missed an opportunity by not mentioning the Grand Seiko SBGJ259 "bamboo". It has one of the most striking green dials available.
Ordered a Capone from Ashland leather a couple of weeks ago. Great to see you give them a shout out.
Thanks for the video Teddy. Love a green dial. Can't believe the SRPE45J1 didn't get a mention.
The IWC was the one that caught my eye in a boutique at airport....amazing green...love it...
Start your day with green dials and Teddy B! You had us at green, now let's see red. Great video. The Moser with a side of pistachio please Santa...
The speedmaster gold with the green dial is hot. I would've included that but I get you can only do one model per brand. Thanks for all your great content.
The Seiko Alpinist, 39.5mm, but wears like a 39mm? You're the best.. Seriously Teddy, I love your reviews, always top quality content and beautifully presented.
On divers, you could’ve ended on the Glashutte Original panorama date green dial. Its movement (the 39) is visible, and has 100 hours of power reserve. It’s a larger watch but it’s almost a Blancpain for much less money than the latter.
Oris Aquis Calibre 400 green dial is the best I’ve seen, I recently tried both the Calibre 400 and Sellita movement options and I couldn’t believe the difference in the dials. Omega Seamaster is stunning in person also.
recommended video: art deco watches. the JLC Reverso definitely is iconic for sure for this styling. Places like NYC and Miami Beach where the architecture and styling is revered and actively preserved has given me an appreciation for it. Would be curious for a collection of watches in this category.

I'd love to see this!
Love this kind of video! Please, do that for ivory/beige/sand watches 🙏
Seiko Mojito (SRPE45J1). It could be the nicest green dial available from the $0- $500 range.
I feel the new Heuer Carrera teal dial deserves a mention. That dial is mesmerising in the iconic glassbox Carrera case.
What a great video! My top three are the Breitling, the IWC, and the Hamilton. Thank you, Teddy!
I would go with Burgundy / Red / Bordeau. Although the list will be pretty similar to this one in green ;-) The other interesting take would be to focus on stunning and immersive dials regardless of a specific color. Brands that come on my mind would definitely be GS, GP, Cartier, Breguet, Hermes but also many microbrands are doing enamel, porcelain, guiloche finishing, sandwitch dials, hobnail, tobaco leaf on Zenith or Cuervo i Sobrinos, … simply so many options and variations 😊
I think the sunburst green dials in Detroit Watch Company's Aviator, Aviator Chrono, Diver, and GMT watches are among the best I've ever seen. I highly recommend.
I really like the Seiko Presage Cocktail Mojito, a little small for my wrist but I appreciate the design
Hi Teddy, this is so awesome! Green is the new blue in watch trends. Have the Alpinist SPB210
Should have mentioned the Oris Aquis New York Harbor limited edition. The way it's dial plays with different lights is just wonderful!
Love the green dials! Would love to see blue dials next
I have the Tissot gentleman in green and you are correct Teddy.
I'd love to see a full video on the Aquaracer! I'm with you on that one. I love how it looks, and it just feels 'cool'.
Hey Teddy, thanks for mentioning the Aquaracer!
Really like that TAG!
Nice, Ashland Leather wallets! I love my Cordovan wallet from them. Phil makes great stuff.
thanks for promoting as it were the BO9 it is a gorgeous and unique looker. also love its more expensive Datora salmon dial auto winding brother. both beautiful and not the sort of normal Breitlings
PLEASE do blue next!!! awesome video as always Teddy 💙
Excellent reviews. My only complaint is the exclusion of the green dial Christopher Ward Sealander. It's among my favorites and an excellent value at less than $800. On the other hand kudos for mentioning Ashland wallets. I have several (including the model in the video, the Johnny the Fox, named like all Ashland wallets after a Chicago gangster.) They're beautifully made, wear like iron, and come with a lifetime guarantee.
That green OP is fire!
My favourite watch channel and guy now :)
Given how outstanding the pistachio green Breitling is, I’m a little surprised you didn’t mention the amazing Farer Mansfield, which is similarly gorgeous. Love that Oris Cervo Volante too, though I prefer the brighter and more dynamic blue-green dial. (Love the turquoise dial on the Monta Noble, another great one not mentioned.) In general, I prefer the lighter and brighter greens to the darker and more subdued ones. Some amazing watches here (that Moser!), even if you seem to prefer the darker shades. Going to need a lot of green to collect many of these great green watches! Next up: purple? 🎉
SPB 121 is cool, but honestly I would suggest the Gold and Green SPB210 which is super awesome and the brushed / polished gold case goes so well with the Alpine green dial with gilded indices and hour markers.
I got the spb121 and it is beautiful. Im loving the cyclops. Makes it interesting.
I got a Longines Hydroconquest with green dial. Love it...the Rolex DJ 41mm looks absolutely beautiful with green dial.

@@alwayspooh1588 I got it with rhe rubber strap for the very same reason. The strap makes the watch looks way better. The clasp is more refined in the strap.
Wasn’t a fan of green until I started watching this channel, I’ll take one of each now. The Breitling is hands down my favorite.
Great video. Love the Breitling. I assume the Traska mint green did not make the video because it's sold out.
Ever since I saw the B09 I've been obsessed about it. Hope to get that watch [hopefully] next year.
Great list, would love to see something similar for salmon/copper dials.
Loving my new Seiko King Turtle!
Good list as per usual! Interesting that you didn't have the green dial Orient Kamasu as the entry level diver! Love the citizen, but other than ISO compliance the Kamasu wins spec for price.
I like the Ashland wallets, thanks for the recommendation Teddy. I have been looking for a leather wallet using leather sourced from USA.
Will be waiting for similar video with red dial/bezel watches
Loved the video. Would you add pictures of all the watches reviewed at the end of future videos so one could see them all in relation to each other, like a contact sheet for 5sec? It would be nice to pause and look at them all.
7:55 That Moser strap reminds me of the classic Ebel watches which is one of my favorite watch Brands of all time.
Piaget Polo S Limited Edition green with green alligator strap ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I would had chosen the Seiko Presage SRPD37J1 cocktail time green dial instead of the Seiko Alpinist for the list. Both are excellent watches anyway. Thank you for the video!
@whywecollectwatches

The Seiko Presage SRPD37J1 is beautiful and you can't beat the price.
I would love to see a video about purple, pink, and/or burgundy dials, suspect they might need to be grouped together to get a full video. After watching your video with Mr. Kirk, I was sold on the GS SBGA413 (literally it's on the way), but would be interested in some darker shades. As for green dials, not necessarily my color but the ones that I could most picture myself with in this video were the Seiko Alpinist and the Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium
I've been waiting for a Sinn tool watch to hit the green dial ground. But that probably won't happen for another year or two. I guess I'm glad that they finally released a U50-T with a phantom black case, bezel and band finish (DLC coated in their way which doesn't chip or scratch) with a blue to black dial. It looks freaking beautiful and mine finally got delivered almost a year after ordering it lol
The green dial Seamaster is my favorite but I love all the different Seamaster dials.
Great video. IMHO, missing two important pieces: the Oris Okavango and the Anordain fumé green.
Good list. You mentioned 3 Tissots - ya shoulda gave a blip to 57 speedmaster and, more egregious, the JLC Polaris' green is incredible. The reverso is beauitful but the green on the Polaris is epic.

It really confuses me why the Green dial is the only colour Tissot Gentleman they added the sector markings to
Got my call from the AD for the green dial OP41 at the end of Sept. Absolutely love it, and it was just before the price increase ;)
The two green Orient Kamasus look amazing especially the 2nd version.
All great watches and dials. I personally got the sinn 104 green, it is sparklingly handsome.
Recently bought a Timex Chronograph in green . Stunning shade of green and only $190 AUS.
Awesome Video , can you please do the same with Burgundy and Yellow dials?
The Streamliner is an absolute masterpiece. It looks like an alien artifact. Love it.
Green is an incredible color when it comes to dials. However, I would really like to see some bloody red timepieces on your channel Teddy! Thanks!
You missed the Omega Seamaster Aquaterra in green on the everyday watch section. It’s a nice green that can be both dress up or use on sporty situations.
To my opinion, 13mm is way too big for everyday... I would switch the Alpinist for the Baby Alpinist, more simple, and still with a nice green dial :)
Love the idea of this serious. Tiffany blue is still so hot, seeing some options would be great Maybe best sunburst style dials in any colour
The Breitling looks great in person; camera doesn’t really do it justice IMO. Some great choices anyhow. 👍🏻
Hey Teddy, Great video. Im looking to buy a William Wood Watch. Either from the valiant or the triumph collection. Since I've never heard of the brand before I would love to hear what you thought about it. Maybe even try it and review it.
Green has been my favorite dial color since my first watch. I've got more than a few.
I'm saving my money for that pistachio Breitling... that green is AMAZING.
Hello Teddy ! Great vidéo ! Do you think you could make one on watches made about artistic movements ? I'm looking for watches made in the Art Deco style, but there are plenty of other categories, like Bauhaus, art nouveau, minimalism, concept art... Just saying :) Wish you the best for 2023, regards, Julian.
My Tissot Seastar 1000 has a beautiful green to black gradient dial on it. ❤
Green is soothing on the eyes. Must be why watch makers work mats are green. Great presentation. May I ask which watch you intend to wear on the 25th? Green or red? Or a pistacio? OH how about a Rolex Rainbow? Just curious.
