Fyi, the "Pathetic Crew" is usually known as the Loser Crew. As I'm sure you noticed the Crew includes everyone except Solar. Basically the loser crew fools around and goofs off whenever Solar is away doing leader things or solo shots during MV shoots. Imo the 3 of them decided long ago they couldn't keep up with Solar and that's why they call themselves the Loser Crew. And since Solar is always the main target for teasing as soon as she comes back and wants to join whatever shenanigans they've gotten up to in her absence the Loser Crew meeting instantly adjourns and they tell her something like "It's not for old people." Poor Solar lol but she takes it in stride as the price she pays for being the leader and eldest member of the beagle-dol litter and does her own share of teasing and pranks when she gets the chance.

I remember Solar said in one of their earlier interviews that teasing her unites the three and so she lets them gang up on her to promote unity and teamwork on her expense tho.
