The Best Vegan Pozole That Doesn’t Sacrifice on Flavor | EATKINDLY With Me
Ойын-сауық
Spicy. Smoky. Savory. Tangy. Those are just a few adjectives that describe Amanda’s vegan red pozole.
Pozole is a traditional Mexican soup. It's made plant-based here by using jackfruit instead of pork. The three types of chili-guajillo, ancho, and chili de arbol-add an incredible depth of flavor. Don’t forget the fresh, crunchy toppings!

Butternut squash soup 🍜
Thank for this recipe! I can't wait to try it. I really appreciate you showing the preparation of the canned jackfruit. I hadn't thought to do it this way. I will next time! I've made tacos and enchiladas with jackfruit, so far.
Thanks for sharing this excellent recipe!! 👈🌱💚👍
Another way I do to thicken my broth for my vegan pozole is add some nutritional yeast and it helps thicken the broth and blend in some hominy and add it to the soup for more texture, that’s what’s makes pozole more of a comfort dish rather than flat out soup. Overall good video I enjoyed watching this. :)
Great explained, thanks
Seems delicious
This turned out delicious!! I didn’t have the bouillon she used so I substitute it for not chik’n bouillon..I’m definitely making this again :]

Don't use the polyester bags in your soup. Not good for you

Do NOT trust her when she says to use 8 cups unless you want watery pozole. It is TOO MUCH water for the amount of hominy, jackfruit, and garlic/onions. 6 cups are perfect.
