I use grease one time generously after I wash my hair & twist up. After that when I remoisturize I use olive oil. My scalp doesn't like anything sitting/ applied to it...so I don't bother with that. My hair is moisturized daily & I pin up (open bobby pins) for bedtime so I'm sure my strands coat my scalp just enough. I like these short videos the tips are always 👌. Thank you.

So grease scalp when wet instead of dry hair right ? If so this is a game changer I never knew that because my hair would get dryer when I would grease it on dry hair you are a genius ❤️

Right! i grease my scalp and hair while it's wet, right before styling. I add grease to my dry scalp before I wash it. *You can let it sit on your scalp for a day before washing. It will soften and loosen up any product and/or sebum

Game changer is right! I've just started doing this at last year at 52! And noticed I have 99% less hair shedding! I had been taught to wait until my hair was completely dry before even combing it, and I would loose a comb full of hair every time! May GOD bless Mrs Mississippi for sharing her GOD giving gift!

Hey thank you so much for this video not sure if you remember but you made a video showing us how much sebum your scalp produces and I commented stating that my hair makes like no sebum lol 😂 but for some reason I tried ore pooing with grease (pine tar grease) and it made my hair sooooo soft thank you for that tip! ❤️
