    People hate on Mike because he simply dismantles all of their "expertise" in his videos. Mike simplifies it and breaks it down in a way that is easy to follow and understand. No fancy biomechanical, big words or fancy talk. It doesn't become a physics lesson with Mike. We're all lucky he gives us this information free if charge.

    I like that your style of everything involves a lot of play and experimentation. I feel like every top bodybuilder emphasizes this but your explanations are really in depth and encourage more of a “child like” approach. Looking for what works for us. Loooking for better feeling in the muscle, and not forcing shit. Probably not doing a great job describing this but idk…this is better. Thanks for your work

    Hey Mike, don’t know if you read this but it be awesome to watch a video about how you kinda structure a back workout. You have such great content in terms of how to move, I’d love to learn more about how you think about the actual structure of a workout. Like for back for example, are you thinking like preexhaust, heavier movement, transition from vertical to horizontal etc, how you think about overall structure. Would love to learn more about that.

    I told the biggest guy at my gym that trapz is actually a muscle on the back and not part of shoulders. He didn't like that and came back with another 20+ years bodybuilder and they made me admit that I was wrong and traz are shoulders. Oh well.

    Hey Mike one suggestion I’ve watched other lifting channels recently and they have apart of the screen during the video with a digital skeleton with muscles on it and you can program skeleton to do all the movements your doing and as you explain things like locking into back etc it would provide a visual explanation to us seeing how the muscle moves

    I’ve been lifting for ten years, and in the last few months, watching Mike, the little positional changes and thought processes around movements have made a significant difference. Movements that’s I’ve done thousands of times, that have worked, are just better. More efficient. Better pump. Better mind muscle connection. He’s honesty the most underrated bodybuilding channel on KZread.

    Yeah, i mean he's only a pro bodybuilder 🤷‍♂️😂. He is literally a pro bodybuilder just fyi buddy lol. Honestly his techniques have helped me a lot with certain body parts. It takes practice to FULLY get the rhythm and movements right, to where u move and can feel and then fully understand what he's talking about. But even on the first try using his techniques i felt the difference.

    I always used supersets and even triple sets in the gym. Everytime I do a different workout without the supersets it just doesn’t feel like I get as much done

    Yeah my gyms to small with to many people to do supersets on machines unless I go at like 2am on Saturday and Sunday.

    Serious question. Could I just contract my pecs as a way to warm up my chest? Timewise in commercial gyms its hard to have the right piece of equipment for the job. Im just looking for alternatives that may save time. Lol

    My training has mostly been super sets or giant sets for the past decade. I can't get away from them. The intensity is too good for me

    There's a Karen at my gym who did "circuits." She would claim 2-3 machines, but would walk laps around the gym before moving to a different machine. She never did supersets. She would flip if you tried using "her" machines. We got so fed up that we started ignoring her. Now she actually supersets to machines close to each other, and takes laps after her superset is done

    There is no super sets for me! As I am watching I am waiting for what your super sets are! For me, it's just a normal day in the gym! Each day I do 3 hours in the gym on one muscle group! I don't see any extra exercises as a super set! It's a exercise! Do it or go home

    @@jakep2091 true! I meant the entire back muscles! I don't like to do back and shoulders on the same day as a example,no! I do back on that day then the next day something else! So there is no supersets for me! I like to focus on on one specific muscle group and move on! Sweet ,be safe! 👊🍭
