The Best Steak Sandwich I’ve Ever Made | The Golden Balance

I almost cried when I bit into it 🥵
3 sweet onions
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
2 lbs steak of choice
Cook to desired doneness with butter and rosemary!
Toppings:
1/2 cup pickled onions, pickled jalapeños, olives
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp fresh Rosemary
Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
4-6 ounce blue cheese
Zest and juice of a lemon
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt and pepper
Buttermilk until desired thickness
1 oz Arugula
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
Squeeze of lemon
Crispy onions
2 French loaves
Add Dijon mustard and fries and compile!
