Frank used to be my favorite chef, but Saul’s content lately has pushed him to the top of my list. Not knowing Frank, but as a Hispanic, Saul’s content is in my wheelhouse.

I had bought some cacique chorizo in a role and when I cooked it, it was more oil than chorizo... what is the one you use?

this is killer...anyone know how to make the cheese thinner or creamier? Once this starts cooling, it gets hard fast.

Just tried Fundido last year, urs looks way better but chorizo changes the queso game substantially.
