Do these waterers hold up to freezing temperatures? I've been using a similar setup and I'm worried my hoses are going to freeze.

Im in Kansas and here they would freeze big time.
I use a similar method, I use the taller tanks and cut out a square hole so the pigs can stick their head in but this limits one pig to drinking at a time. I'm just wondering if younger pigs would have trouble reaching the water?

That's a great question! For a group of smaller pigs, we will lay concrete blocks next to the waterer. This gives the smaller pigs something to step up on, so they can reach the water.

What's the potential for electrocution death of a pig that gets into the water and gets shocked by the fence?

The fence chargers do not emit a constant supply of electricity. They send a pulse of energy every couple of seconds. The charge gets to about 6 to 9 kv. The potential for your scenario is very low.
