When is Martin Short going to be presented with the Mark Twain prize for comedy ?

Darn you, I saw this and immediately had to check if he'd died. You need to change the title to "The Best of Martin Short Who is not Dead Yet"

Martin Short is just pure dynamite anytime he's on. I always loved his appearances with Dave. His Katharine Hepburn impression is so funny.

There is a documentary in the works about that show. Both Paul and Martin talk about Godspell in their autobiographies. Both books are excellent.

Best talk show guest of ALL time! Always prepared. Always hilarious. The consumate performer.

Marty once told a very funny anecdote about a phone conversation he had with Tony Randall I keep hoping to hear again some time.

If there were ANY video I'm insanely eager to see, it's this one. Big thanks to who(m) ever works on putting together these videos.

Martin Short does this amazing thing with his face sometimes..... like, he'll slow down his microexpressioning on purpose and like... his eyes just have this weird hang-time to them. He does this a lot in Clifford.... he's doing that exact same thing at 7:50. "Look at me like a human boy!" -Grodin

I enjoy Martin's impressions!

My favourite line was something like "The work you've had done looks great, I'd suggest 20% more then stop"

If nothing else this is worth watching again just to see Martin Short playing a ventriloquist dummy on Steve Martin's lap.

Sleepless in LA tonight. Then I came across this. Now I’ll never get to sleep! I’ve long felt that Martin Short was one of the best talkshow guests ever. Have been loving him on the brilliant “Only Murders in the Building” for three seasons now. Miss you, Dave! You have always been an original! People watched Johnny for comfort, you for excitement! 📺😂❤

SCTV. 1978. The Twenty Minute Work Out. Toronto. Pickering. Scarborough Bluffs. John Candy. And everything after that. Fantastic to see the greatest, always. The compilation was perfection. Well, it can only be the one, the only, Martin Short. So good to see Paul, tonight. What an understatement. Riveting. All of it. I see Barbara has stepped away from her duties, again. Has she taken Mary with her?

Such a talent. Singer, dancer, actor and comedian. From same country as Ryan Gosling. Go figure. 😊 Marty's book is very good read.
