Hey! I commissioned the amusement park from Simon after playing the airport map he made and he did so well! Thanks for showing it off!

That's awesome!
I've been playing the Yakama State Park Forest for a few weeks now, it's amazing! I suggest anyone looking for that type of playthrough to give it a shot. The author is very responsive to any problems too. She patched a bug I was having within a few hours. Thanks for covering this amazing mod!

My pleasure! We love modders that care.
Thank you for reviewing Yakama State Park! It was my first map, and I'm really flattered to see people enjoy it. I feel really encouraged to keep working on my next map project for the RP server!

No problem! Keep up the great work. Looking forward to seeing what you do next.
The amusement park is SO good & Simon is unbelievably good at what he does.

I just recently started playing Modded PZ and oh boy do I love Raven Creek and the St. Paulo Hammer map mods so much. And I even found a smaller map mod that adds military bases here and there between the vanilla locations. But yeah, I just really fallen in love with the Raven Creek mod LOL. Its just too good, I have 2 Louisville basically when I use that mod.

Raven Creek is genuinely my favorite map in PZ. Its just got quality nothing else has come close to.

I love Raven Creek. I never stop finding cool stuff I didn't see on my previous run! And there are so many different house/building styles and layouts.
Commenting for engagement statistics. Another cool videos... Yad Yada ya. Cheers Duck🍻

I miss that game
Crowlake, the Amusement Park and Yakama State Park are awesome! Still have to fully explore all of them but they make use of the empty spaces so well. Not sure about Oakshire... it says it's still in dev and it also conflicts with Greenport. Not a fan of maps using an absurd amount of tilepacks so probably not using Elliot Pond (which also looks like it could conflict with the really well made Research Center). If you want another decent map, check out Taylorsville.

Taylorsville is a good one! Believe I've got that in one of my previous maps videos :D

Oh man, nostalgia memories :)
Simon did a great job with the amusement park but it's such a pain to use the tiles lol. He said the rollercoaster almost killed him to put together
Great vid!!! Do you have any tips for the nuclear winter on your server?? I died almost immediately hahahahah
Every time you make a new video, my mods list grows more and more. I feel like I can’t play any run without 200 mods now

I'd apologize but I'm just not sorry 😂
I'm definitely gonna play the SoD mod, that's fantastic.
what I really crave for npcs- when they come in 8-10 years, is the feature from state of decay where you can swap between survivors in your group. But I guess I'll settle for a map mod
Surprised I haven't seen "Tikitown" mentioned in your map videos. It's such a unique and cool map and even comes with it's on little Treasure Hunt miniquest - oh, and did I mention functioning Laser Tag and Kart racing? Worth a look if you haven't played it yet.

Imagine if Project Zomboid had a system with procedural map like in 7 Days to die or keep the default map + generate random towns / city around it every time. Would have been nice.
Where can i learn how to make my own maps?
Hey duck is there any chance you can make a vid showing how to use the map creator iv always wanted to build my home town

@@MrAtomicDuckawesome thank you, it needs praise in my opinion it’s a HUGE step forward for the modding community
is project zomboid going to be on a steam summer sale?
I’d love a private airfield, underground missile silo, and nuclear power silo.
I've learnt with Project Zomboid, modlists can be big and it won't be massive storage wise. Meanwhile I play games like Arma, Gmod, Stellaris, heck even Minecraft and they all have 10-30gb+ modpacks.
Currently making a mod list to play on my own server (with the hope that at somepoint a mate or two may join me lol) Watching some of your vids on maps and love that the main map can be expanded like this....However you reference tile packs a few times, and even in the Eillot pond map description I see an apology for all the tile requirements.... bit what I dont see is what these packs are or how to install them. I get that the game has been out for a while (I even have 5 hours on it, though I dont recall playing) and there is a good chance people know exactly how to find which packs they need, where to get them and how to add these packs to a server and client... but for newbies like me, ummm how? Also is there a limit to mods, you joke about 400 and back in the day I have had 200+ mods in minecraft....dont look at me like that, you know how addictive mods are or you wouldnt of done so many videos... and lets face it the video's of yours I have been watching have been slowly increasing my subscribed item list (I so hope there is an easy way to add these to an AMP server lol) So yeah... How do we see what tilepacks are needed, where do we get them and how do we install them? (and what is the max amount of mods you can have before the game nopes out?)
any update for ur map collection the 120 map mod thingy/

I don't have 400 mods. I have a respectable 86. I think.
Just got this game and I am terrible! Shout out to the seasoned pros
I would have been ecstatic of a Trumbull Valley map from State of Decay, but State of Decay 2 is meh at best.

@@MrAtomicDuck very nice collection of maps this month!
I have foolishly been waiting to get back into this game when they launch build 42, and while that will be great when it comes the mod scene currently is more than enough. It's already an absolutely fantastic game and the mods give it so much life. My wife and I just started a 10 years later run in eerie County and man it is epic.

@zaikolebolsh5724
28 күн бұрын
@@hippieyoda1993 dont get me wrong, it is indeed unique and quite a complete experience, but there is no endgame(although one could argue this is foreshadowed as soon as you start a playthrough), once your safehouse is finished, once you already have all the guns and vehicles you wanted, what else is there to do? Absolutely nothing and dont even talk about mods, a "feature complete game" should not be dependant on having 10+ mods for every playthrough
@zaikolebolsh5724

Pd: considering also that most of the mods people use are "basic" stuff like QoL, traits, lit a ciggy using a stove

@@zaikolebolsh5724 bruh how many hours did it take you to get to that point though? The devs even said themselves, you’re not really even meant to make it to the end game in fact it’s balanced so that you don’t unless really you try. Sorry but you paid what 20 quid or something for hundreds of hours? Even games like Cyberpunk or Witcher 3 I loved I don’t spend hundreds of hours on after I’ve completed it.
