    Selamun aleykum its look perfect and want to maamoul mad ashta. Can i use this recipe for ashta, actuallay i dont know which recipe to use :)

    For the maamoul mad, it is a bit different cause you will have to bake it. This is the link to a maamoul mad Ashta by another KZreadr: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lKV5tNaEndmdj5s.html Translation of the Ashta ingredients (in case you do not read or speak Arabic): - 1 cup fine semolina - 1 Liter milk - 1/2 tsp orange blossom water - 2 tbsp sugar Basically it is similar just with more semolina to give it more texture and not collapse in baking. Hope that helps.

    @@LL-hv6sv go ahead and have what opinion u want . i would never feed it to someone i care about . the traditional style is on a COMPLETELY different level . if u wanna make something at home urself just to save money or have it easier thats fine theres nothing wrong w that . but this version doesnt hold a candle to real astha
