i was looking this up literally yesterday as i recently bought a pc and havnt messed with my audio yet. you are just on time kirneill!

Can’t wait to see the single PC setup guide. I don’t use a GoXLR I’m using the Elgato wave mic 3 but it’s interface is similar to the GoXLR and I’m on a single PC setup so I’d like to see how the windows setup is for a single PC setup. I can probably figure it out but it would be good to see what you come up with too. For console folks I’d really like to see how this works, especially for Xbox as it’s been notoriously hard to get a separate mic setup without plugging into the controller.

Kirneill, I recently switched from a gaming headset to earbuds on a Dual PC Setup. I currently use the Sennheiser IE 80 S plugged into the Headphone port of my GoXLR Mini. Is this setup still possible to use a DAC/AMP and HM4 Mixer? Will I noticed a difference in this audio setup? Your graph shows receiving the audio from the HM4 using a 1/4" to 3.5mm jack plugged into a headset. My earbuds can only plug into a 3.5mm jack to receive audio. Thanks in advance!

If I wanted to buy a headset just to play warzone and have the best sound stage and imaging to listen steps, which would you recommend, arctis nova pro wireless, arctis nova pro wired, arctis pro wireless, arctis pro wired, sennheisser hd 660S or some other headset?

Having issues with the last point Kirneil. My XLR mic is not getting picked up by the gaming PC even though I have it running from Line Out ----> Pink mic port in gaming PC. It's working fine on streaming PC though. Any tips?

Can anyone help me with this ? - Trying to preserve the voice/game mixer capability that the astro mixamp has.... could I route the astro mixamp to the schiit fulla or the schiit magni/modi. I want to upgrade audio but I want to be able to dial the knob up and down to control game audio vs game chat quick. Thank you in advance

Single PC setup with a goxlr mini here. If I were to set the Fulla 3 as my main audio output could I still “listen in” on my goxlr stream mix so I could hear what the stream hears? I know I would have to mess with the routing table to make sure I’m not hearing double system sounds and it also may introduce some latency to the chat/music outputs but I think that would be fine. Im thinking that way I could still use the Fulla 3 to hear great game audio but still manage / use my goxlr mini. If any could let me know if this would work that would be great. Awesome video man. It’s crazy this content is free😂

I'm assuming for single PC using modi/magni combo with goxlr, you would connect the modi to the PC via USB then connect the GOXLR to the modi through 3.5mm>rca cable, so that way you can get your goxlr audio with your main system/gaming audio.

@@TysnStorm But that leaves my GOXLR RCA cables disconnected as well. My DAC has 1 line in and the Magni a line in slot and Out slot. When I connect the dac to the magni it takes the line in slot away from the GOXLR.

got the pc38x and hd6xx’s with a schiit modi/magni/dac/amp and hm4... and I think every cable with every affiliate link provided. Main thing I’m wondering is a way to control game vs chat audio like my old Astro a40 mixamp. Or is there a way to still use my astro a40 mixamp? the reason i ask is because the Game/Chat dial is soooo dope to have when ur buddies are being to loud or quiet and you need to either hear the game (footsteps etc) or vice versa. thoughts? Thanks !

@@rabidzojo1073 well I just tried it and dont think it's possible or else he just needs to explain it better, I have my headphones plugged to my amp, but what about the music and game if I have to set for my sliders in the goxlr 🤷

Dual pc having static, I want to be able to hear my own mic for voice effects but with this setup and HM4 it’s hearing basically double? Well the mic is delayed, also have like 5 ground loop isolators from every Aya cable and still hear static I’m going a DAC/AMP combo sound blaster x7, also can’t find the line in option on stream labs obs

If you use Astro a40s with the mixamp and a usb mic what you could do (cause it helped me ALOT) turn the volume down on your pc sound settings to about 20-30% range then turn up the mixamp. This helped me a whole lot. Have yet to try it on console. This is with a single pc

I saw on DMS review of the PC38x that they don’t get much improvement from an amp, and they are pretty much maxed out on most PC’s base system. So is an amp worth it or does it not make a difference for this headset specifically?

I have the dt990 pros, Fiio k5, goxlr, Shure sm7b. Single pc setup. How would I connect the Fiio k5 and goxlr? Also, what system sound settings (input output) should I have set I’ve watched so many videos and Reddit threads and I’m at a loss still at a loss.

What can I do better when I have a Astro A50? Is it better with a DAC?

I would have your PC audio Maxed and then adjust your DAC/AMP audio

What are my options on a dual pc with no go xlr. I use the Astro amp to route all my audio from the stream port since the elgato is a pain.
