Pro tip: It would be easier to get the sauce from the Chipotle peppers by just opening the can and using the top to drain some of the sauce into the mixture. This not only saves time but is less messy.

For anyone who has to monitor sodium, Knorr actually makes a salt-free chicken bouillon seasoning! I use it pretty much EVERY time I cook chicken now.

Made "The Best Fried Chicken Wings On The Internet" for dinner yesterday - No Sauce (just didn't have all of the ingredients; so we ate them w/o)... I must say - Hands down the best wing recipe I've EVER tried... We had a few left over which I warmed in the Air Fryer today and I am pleased to say they tasted even better. I am like you, I prefer drums I always give my wings away. This recipe is hands down definitely the best for wings on the internet. They came out so crispy and the color was beautiful. Compared to other chefs on the internet you break everything down and not complicate things.
