I have trouble falling asleep after night matches. Too much adrenaline pumping. But fall asleep fast after early kickoff matches for some reason

@@rajivkothur6407 Try to sit down and focus on your breathing for 15 minutes and maybe read book for another 15 minutes trust me it will help. And don't take a cold shower it increases adrenaline (not when you're trying to sleep).
