As someone who avoids spice, I really appreciate that you explained what your rating is based off. I find most people don't do that and it negates the reason for having a spice rating to begin with.

The cruel prince feels like more traditional farie stories, like the tricksters that people fear to upset. So if you like the more faire mythology it would be good for that.

I have to say the third book of the cruel prince (the queen of nothing) is a spice 🌶🌶🌶. The first and second book really have no spice.
