I wanted to know this, then I paused and realised that once the miters are cut you have two straight boards, so no different to joining two straight edges. I think...

@@hisclarkyness I bought one, it only works on large mitres. It is good but defo no good for 45 degrees. Good tool for right angles and making panels.

@@cosmosdaze it can do a wide 45 degree angle like a big picture frame that you wouldn't ever make. It is not designed for small 45 mitres. The thing doesn't clamp properly. I got one. Works good otherwise just not for 45 angles.

vs milescraft?

I own this but it's a pity there is no real way to clamp this tool as it definitely would be much better.

I have the Milescraft version and that was my first impression. Holding it still while you drill can be a challenge, especially when drilling into the end of a board.

How can I buy this in America, the land of the free?

In Amazon DE. EU (wolfcraft dübel code 4640000). I think you can found 6mm 8mm and 10mm wood drills in US! Its great tool.
