I have recently been diagnosed with leukemia. I had about a 6-week stay in the hospital and your videos truly do help past the time. Not only do they help me with my nausea but they give me the appetite that my body is rejecting constantly. Can't wait to get out here and start cooking some effing chicken again

@@SosaInk yup, a nice little bit of weed helps, and has also been proven to slow/stop cancer growth, and in rare chances even shrink them

@@EssTooBee we do use a sauce, it’s not absolutely necessary, as this process gives you a flavorful and crispy result, but when you’re cooking for the judges, every little bit of flavor counts! So we do toss in a Buffalo or BBQ sauce, depending on where we are, and who we’re cooking for!!

We did this with our Thanksgiving turkey last year and it was amazing. It’s extra work to smoke it then deep fry it afterwards but it was worth it!

Did a 7lb batch very similar to this last weekend for a party, definitely the best wings I've ever made. Didn't have a fryer available but basically air-fried in the oven at the end.
