Great video, I have been watching videos like these for years, i have to say you're by far doing it the best, great camera angles and sound quality, I wake up every morning at 11.am and the first thing I do is watch your video.. once again great job with these videos .. I have 4 Rockford fosgate and in my pervious car I had 4 pioneers... I have to say I miss my pioneers... PS- I have never commented on KZread before .. but I had to .. once again you're doing an amazing job...

Awesome video! 👍🏽 At the end of the video try to announce who’s moving on and who’s dropping off the table. Just so we know, but other than that great job. Also can you announce how many watts your using.

Big fan of your videos. They are informative and give real audio insight as to what speakers sound like and how they perform. You get to hear the good and the bad without wasting your money because you listened to a dealer, salesman or read a review. Great job. Lastly, I like the new set up but to me the first setup with the buttons was a little better just because switching between speakers was smoother and way more fluid. If you could combine the two it would be perfect. My opinion. Keep up the great work.

I have 4 ds18 on a 1200 watt amp and my family can hear my music clearly from half a mile away

Im glad to see ds18 still up there.i bought 4 6.5 ds last year .i was on a budget and they were the most affordable midrange speaker on Trinidad.

thanks for making these videos. this brings a lot of clarity to those wanting the purchase.... i would like to know which ones take the least amount of power to play loud. i have 4 of the sundown 6 inch. even though they are rated 100rms, they can take alot more power and abuse. BUT i would like you to compare them power for power if you could thanks....

I wanna start out by saying I love your videos. They are extremely informative and your passion you possess for providing good content is recognized. I watched all your videos concerning 6.5 speakers when deciding which set up I wanted to go with and that was the 6.5 Pioneer Pro speakers. But I do have 1 suggestion. When you’re playing the speakers side by side, the 1 that’s being played, you should highlight it or have arrows on it so we know which 1 is being played. I did notice recently you did have an arrow on the speaker that was being played but you should do that all the time. Other than that small thing, your videos are great!!!!!!!

Wow. I'm on the fence over the Orion XTR and the Pioneer Pro. I'm glad I found your videos cause I'm in the middle of a build and I'm running Orion XTR2500.1DZ for subs and Orion XTR750.4 for mids and highs. The suspense is killing me.😬😬😠

Again great video prefer the old set up tho where we can identify which speaker is playing by the button press but anyway Ds18 is a bit clearer but the pioneer has a more rounded sound to it allows for better enjoyment.

Really like the test of quality 👍 one of the 6.5 I dont see you have in the line up is deaf bonce

Thank you for your time in demo all the speakers. I'm looking for a really good mid range 5.25 size speakers that can run good with what I have. I have some alpine type R tweeters install and Alpine power pack amp KTP-445A with Alpine ILX-F309 head unit and a Kicker Hideaway HS10. What do you recommend

the bnc 6inch are normally used in line array systems soo they play loud they are normally compared with brands like RCF and 18sound. they are all around the same price but there frequency range is not as wide as the pioneer and ds18.

Are these mids hooked up to a crossover of any type for the tests? A properly setup crossover would make a good speaker sound better and a badass speaker sound amazing.

you can use a dual toggle switch one section to switch the audio and another to turn on the led corresponding to the driver under test and position the corresponding leds next to the driver

After all your vids i dont feel disappointed of pioneer, you should note that pioneer when they are brand new the first couple of hours playing you feel a smeel like burning but not hard as smoke

The pioneer isn’t just a little better it’s way better I just tried a pair of the ds18 and returned them. There a crap ton of shoutyness/breakup/distortion in the midrange and it’s very forward sounding with a lifted top end. Pioneers sound awsome. So I thank you for that. I have a lot of high end drivers to compare with these as well. Scans/morels/Dynaudio’s list goes on. I really like the pioneers. For the price jump the next ones don’t seem worth it. The so called shorting ring(lol it already has a aluminum phase plug)/brace really the only thing they changed. So they added tin foil literally and figuratively. Only thing it may do is act as a partial wizzer but the response specs no additional range. If I had a pair of the new ones I could measure the diff but I don’t.

Can you also incorporate horn drivers in your demo
