Ive had this speaker for years! I work in restaurants and veryone in the kitchen can hear it clearly and the bass is on point. You can use it for atleast 3 full shifts before charging it 💯

Yes bass is lacking but overall as you said it has a pretty well balanced sound and i love it! I recently discovered that 3 presses of the play button skips back to the start of the current track, do it again within a few seconds and it skips back to the start of the previous track.

I've had the speaker for years and it sound just as good as my little brothers bose speaker but not as loud but still worth the price

I loooooooooove this speaker I’ve had this speaker for years and i carry it with me everywhere to the beach and work and even to parties! It can last weeks without charging but sadly mine is dying a lil quicker now so it’s time for a new Anker speaker :) also i have dropped this so many times and still works i bought my mom and my cousin one and they use it all the time too !!!!

if you press the play button on the soundcore 2 it skips a song and press it 3 times will go to the previous song. Idk if it works with the first soundcore

Yes, the red charging light goes away when it’s charged. Charging time is not bad, from dead to a full charge is around 3-4 hours. However, the length of the charge is decent, I ran it for 12 hours before without needing recharge, and it still had a lot of go power. It’s great when there’s a power outage.

I just received mine I'm testing it and wow! I'm very impressed by a sub 50$ speaker in some music the mid is a big too present but nothing annoying it depends of the music style in general I know I can't compare it to headphones but in term or sound quality it's below audio technica ath-m50 but far superior to bose that cost 6x

you're going to do that with a twenty dollar speaker? how much is the wiring and extra usb port going to cost you? not to mention the time, (soldering?)

@@mackhomie6 probably not much. its actually a good speaker, also a gift from my daughter. 24 hour charge is not a feature on the other two portable speakers i have. throw away society is sukky, how many years do you think it would sit in a dump before it breaks down, along with the next replacement and on and on.

Absolutely fine. That's what I mostly use mine for. Oh, and movies, since my laptop speaker went phhht.

I'm fucking confused. Unbox therapy said it's 5 watts each and so do eBay descriptions. Can it be connected with another Anker ?

I believe only if you buy two at the same time because they have 3 different versions. (Like getting manufactured)

Mine sounds like it has 3 Bags of sand in it. I'm not very happy with it at all

ITS 5×5=10 WATTS NOT 6×6=12 WATTS AS YOU MENTIONED.. ANKER SOUNDCORE 2 IS ...6X6= 12 WATTS..

This is 6W version. The other one is 12W and better one.

You could have showed us how the microphone works

When I come to a review channel I expect a review not a feature videos, if I wanted that I would literally go to the spec sheet

What i think about any BT speaker video reviews not just this that they are absolutely pointless!! There's no way of letting anyone hear what there like from your end through a camera mic and then played back on say another phone, PC or TV! Even through the S21 ultras amazing stereo pretty impressive bass speakers it sound OK but not they way it would actually sound! There on for 10 buck's just now I'll probably just risk it even reviews of my Sony xterm bass speakers sound pathetic on a review to what they actually sound like! Best speakers for 60, 70 buck's I've tried so many under the 30 mark and all pretty useless!
