Dark chocolate - at least 70% - 125 g (4.4 oz)
Eggs - 3 pieces
Coconut oil - 50 g (3.5 tbsp)
Coconut sugar - 100g (1/2 cup)
Almond flour - 100g (1 cup)
Cocoa - 30 grams (1/4 cup)
Salt - a pinch (1/4 tsp)
Chopped chocolate (optional)
We mix eggs with coconut blossom sugar until the volume doubles and the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate to the steam bath along with the coconut oil. Add almond flour and cocoa powder. Mix until all ingredients are homogenized. Finally add the chopped chocolate.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and optionally sprinkle with chocolate. We bake it at 180°C for 20-30 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
