@@musashi2496 Personally I always get a Dark Seal on my first base unless someone on the enemy team is already 4/0. I rarely get the Mejai's, though, I only do it if I'm super fed, but not the only fed carry on the team It's like a low B-tier, situational, but it's a win-more item that rewards you for the little gold it costs

The thing about Night Harvester is it just wasn't made to ever be on champs like Azir who make very little use of the passive, it only finds use on champs like Nidalee and Karma top/mid who genuinely use it very nicely (but basically only nidalee now because radiant virtue is busted on karma)

I normally enjoy nashors second but now I’m theory crafting that maybe cosmic drive second will give me a little more haste and maybe getting three soldiers down quicker for the attack speed buff would tide my attack speed cravings and work better

Personally I really like the Cosmic Drive for utility, only problem is opportunity cost, Shadowflame and Nashor offer more upfront damage, Cosmic as a second item feels good, but could give you a rather underwhelming mid-game

Thanks for the analysis ! I really love your videos 💪🏼 With the next patch (13.1), Horizon Focus AP will change from 85 to 100. Does it become more viable to build it with Rylai ? As each soldier's AA would deal 10% more damage due to HF and Rylai passives, with the additional 25 AP, this will compensate the low AP given by Rylai. Btw, i guess the 10% increased damage would also applied to Liandry or Luden passives

Seems like it'll be a good purchase for sustained DPS. Rylai is already an underrated item imo, this should make it more viable. Only problem is that it makes it difficult to fit in Shadowflame, since you need the Deathcap as a third or fourth item, and probably a Zhonya's somewhere along the way

I agree with most of your list, but not with the cosmic drive, i think that item is just bad, it gives you so littel damage compared to shadowflame(because you mostly will build it 2 ord 3 item), and you proc and use it's passive only in extended faight, and in this days azir is mostly a poke champion(with luden, shadowflame, rabadon ecc ecc), and if you are ageinst a tank team you build liandry(so you already get the cdr), plus nashor and voi staff, so i just think cismic is bad and it will be infinitely better if nashor got some cdr, because it's so sub optimal for azir but you dont have a better choice for dps since demonic is kinda bad on ranged

Cosmic is mostly utility, sometimes you need the CDR, and proccing the passive 40 AP on it isn't hard, just two autos and a Q and it's online. Shadowflame has more damage, but leaves you lacking haste

For nasher's tooth, doesn't azir NEED attack speed boost? Why is it placed in B tier?

This list was made before Azir got on-hit application on his W. Now the Berserker Greaves are a great choice, but they still have the same tradeoff, less burst for more DPS. In general, Sorcs will kill squishy opponents faster, and have better synergy with Shadowflame and Lichbane (even with Nashor's as the first item). Berserker Greaves are better for dealing with Bruisers and Tanks, but will only really shine once you finish Void Staff, otherwise you have no mpen.

@@T3RR0K4V Always go Nashor's first, and finish it before boots. Then Liandry's for front-to-back fights, or Shadowflame if the enemy has no real frontline or they're not a threat. Third item is either Deathcap, or situationally Zhonya's/Banshee's, whichever counters the main enemy threat the best. Finish it off with either Void Staff or Cryptbloom. Crypt is better for front-to-back. You're also likely to be the best anti-heal user on your team, so bring it as a 4th or 5th item if against heavy healing

Only 2 things I disagree with: I think ionians should be switch with berserker greaves bcs I think overall ionians has more situations where it’s good compared to berserker greaves. Second, I swear to God void staff should be S tier. It gets more value then any other pen item when the enemy champs are lvl 18 ever since the durability patch, and if they even build mercs void surpasses shadowflame in dmg.

How would you update the tierlist after the horizon focus/ seraphs / rod of ages changes etc?

Horizon focus is a neat item to have, but still situational, since you won't be proccing the slow without Rylai's, and that is a three item power-spike instead of the usual 2, so it takes a long time to function. Once you have it, it's pretty strong. Seraph's is a nice situational now, it's like the middle ground between Shadowflame and Zhonya's, for when you need high AP but with a little more survivability Rod of Ages is still not good on Azir specifically, because it doesn't bring enough damage, haste, and takes too long to scale properly. If you think you can get to 4 items and carry, then it might be good for when you have to face divers and bruisers head-on, otherwise stick to Liandry's and Luden's

I want to make a big, comprehensive guide for Azir in the near future, I just haven't been able to play him very well lately lol, safe farming and scaling isn't really my playstyle

How much MR would it take to not consider shadowflame at all? What about when you add void staff penetration to the shadowflame question? To me it seems that nashors is still a good item if you’re not dps because you can still utilize the autos either in poke or split and the MR falloff isn’t as much of an issue compared to shadowflame

Imo the strength of Shadowflame comes from the decent build path and massive 2 item spike you get. It’s the best damage item other than Nashor's, and even then, it outdamages Nashor's before roughly 2.5 seconds. The only situation where I'd skip it for a Void is if the enemy is rushing something like Maw or FoN

How would you rank the reverted seraph's? currently im building it with ROA and the consistency that im getting makes azir very satisfying to play, the extra ap/shield from seraph's and the ROA buffs is beyond excelent

I think it's a very solid item now. If you go RoA and Seraph's I think you'll lack a bit of damage, but will be really hard to kill. Personally I see Seraph's as a good second item substitute for Shadowflame when you need good damage, but also need some haste and survivability. What's tough about it is buying the tear, delaying your first item, but it makes the laning phase very comfortable with that mana pool, so you don't really need PoM

what do you think about mercury vs mid jgl ap and lot of cc team ?

Not a fan of it, if the enemy team has heavy AP and CC you could just build Banshee's second. Azir desperately needs the damage from Sorc's or Berzerker's, the tenacity and 25 MR isn't going to save you

1 mln Azir here Diax euw elo Nashor is No b tier, same as attack speed boots. Instead of them you should focus on cd boosts.

In terms of fun, it's same old same old. Early and mid game feel clunky because of the longer cooldowns, but after some AH and Deathcap it's not too different from before. Personally I like bringing Liandry's and trying to melt frontliners, so it hasn't been bad

Yes, but I'd place Nashor's a tier higher now that it got 15 ability haste. Build it whenever you need DPS and aren't facing a fully or almost fully squishy team. It also goes well with Conqueror
