The BEST 4K Gaming Monitor?! Gigabyte M32U Reveal

Ғылым және технология

The Gigabyte Aorus FI32U gaming monitor is the entry-level Aorus 4k gaming monitor. At a "mere" 32 inches, it's way smaller than the other Aorus 4k monitors, like the Gigabyte Aorus FV43U, and Gigabyte Aorus FO48U. And for those that wanted something smaller, there is the Gigabyte M28U. It had pretty much the same features, but at a more managable size for those more cluttered desks. But now, we get this thing called the Gigabyte M32U, which looks IDENTICAL to the Aorus FI32U! However it's not a Gigabyte Aorus M32U, like the Gigabyte Aorus FI32U, this one is just Gigabyte M32U. So if the Gigabyte M32U is almost identical, why should you buy it instead? Today I settle this Aorus FI32U VS M32U debate, as I go over the key differences so you know if you should buy the Aorus FI32U or M32U. And while this isn't a full Gigabyte M32U review, it is still a deep look into what the monitor has to offer, including Gigabyte M32U specs, Gigabyte M32U price, Gigabyte M32U release date, and more! It really has a lot going for it, and it's a worthy contender to the other Aorus 4k 144hz monitors Gigabyte have on offer.
Regardless, this is by far one of the best 4k gaming monitors we have on the market right now. And one of the best Aorus 4k monitors and Gigabyte 4k monitors as well, given how some of the other models are probably too big for most people. So if you are looking for one of the best 4k 144hz monitors, this new M32U Gigabyte monitor is one you shouldn't ignore.

I just picked this monitor up it's really nice for the price especially. One off thing is it has a power switch next to the power cord inlet like a power supply switch. Never seen this in a monitor before

I just swapped out my Predator XB3 32 inch 1440p 240hz HDR600 panel for this and I'm glad I did. While the 240hz was super nice, the monitor kept shutting off when using HDR and gsync. Acer has no firmware updates for the panel and when I emailed them about it, they said they had no plans to release an updated firmware. I'm not the only one that had this issue either. And seeing how I already was on my 2nd monitor and it was having the same issues, I said screw it and went 4k with the M32U. I've been gaming on 1440p since 2014 and let me tell you that aren't aware... going from 1440p to 4k was just as shocking as the jump from 1080p to 1440p.

I ordered one today. Im currently on 240Hz 1080p Alienware 2418H. I just wanted a monitor for the great display so I made the jump. I hope I don’t regret it

I just got mine today. Coming from a 32” 1440p the difference in resolution is drastic overall. The colors pop compared to my previous VA panel and games look incredible and the panel is super fast. This is the first monitor I’ve owned with HDR and I think it looks great. Doom external -@ 4K - 144hz - HDR - holy sh*t! The only real negative is the cloudy blacks when the picture is all black. Typical IPS issues. Still have more time to spend with it, but I’m extremely impressed.

I have been using a 40 dollar HORRIBLE Bauhn TN 1080p TV with my RTX 3080 as a place holder waiting for a 4k high refresh rate monitor for cheap. This looks like it's time to upgrade! It also works with my iPad Pro M1 through usb

I'll hold my subscription hostage if you can please answer one question lol: How does the fi32u perform with gsync? I know it's not officially supported but various sites state that it's compatible, but I'm struggling to find concrete evidence. All I want is to upgrade from my current monitor to a 4k display but I don't exactly fancy a 43" monitor on my desk.... the fi32u seems like a fit size-wise but with both covid restrictions preventing me from viewing the monitor in person, and a $1600AUD price tag, I don't want to be left disappointed if i do pull the trigger -_-

The FI32U supports Freesync Premium Pro, which should mean it should stand a very good chance of being validated by Nvidia as Gsync compatible, as it's not officially Gsync yet. However seeing how most of the other Aorus monitors, even more budget ones than this, have been already validated for Gsync, this one should be no exception and should be fully Gsync ready soon.

As a follow up: I've used the FI32u for 24 hours now. G-sync is working flawlessly and was automatically recognised as soon as I connected the monitor. The Witcher 3 plays flawlessly maxed out in 4k (finally my 3080 hits 100% usage). HDR looks a tad off when playing Shadow of War but I'm sure I can tweak a few settings to resolve this. 4k movie playback looks brilliant. My eyes will take time to adjust to the height of the monitor (coming from a 35" WQHD curved) but so far I have no complaints. Thank you again Avrona as I would not have bought this without your assistance :-)

Quick question, I have an Xbox series x and just want a monitor to tick all the boxes: 4k, 120 fps, hdmi 2.1 etc. As far as I can tell this is the cheapest monitor available that gets these things done right? And I have zero regard for looks or rgb but i want this for gaming and 4k movis and i dont like curved screens
