I hope this becomes a franchise. They gave us so little information on what Beekeepers are, and I'd love to see it turn into a fully fleshed world like John Wick and The High Table.

Have you noticed, that he kills only the " assassins" but hes trying not to kill the police officers and security team ???? very nice detail, hes not killing innocent guys. Even on the stairs hes aiming directly in the middle of their vests...

This is Statham's opportune moment to do what Keanu did with Jon Wick. Beekeeper is ripe for world-building, solid story and great villains, and action sequences like this. Statham can use the franchise to create a culmination of all his previous films. No more Expendables, Fast movies, and all that other trite mess. Invest his focus and effort into building an action franchise specific to him. This could really work for his magnum opus. It offered more than his previous films. Make it happen, Jason. This is your moment.

Some fight scenes are somewhat sloppy, but that's the case for John Wick as well. This Statham movie should be looked at in a vacuum, and this Lazarus scene is incredible! There're plenty of cuts, yes, but the fight just feels so smooth...

Sure, same can be said for Dune 2, but there was SO MUCH more weight and consequence in Dune, it was a fight for the whole fucking galaxy. This is just another schlocky action movie fight scene. @imnotakingimnotagodiam..ab9455 This movie actually has well choreographed action scenes that consist of more than just the same moves, unlike John wick that mainly consist of throwing your enemies on the floor and standing around awkwardly waiting for the opponent to strike, also John wick 2,3,4 got rather repetitive with the fighting and looked quite funny too, when he strikes he looks like he's slapping rather than punching half the time. Then again, at the end of the day, this is my opinion, and you have yours.

One of the best Statham's movie in a while, I hope they expand this movie into John Wick/Equalizer like franchise it has so much potential

In my opinion this is the number one Jason Stratham franchise movie in the planet.

This is a deep, symbolic, and existential film with profound Biblical overtones, beneath all the stylish stunts and action sequences. I saw it on my own in a theatre in Durham UK on the very weekend it released and was very moved by this morality tale masquerading as an action film. Statham will probably be proudest of this film once he hangs up his boots, which I hope will only happen after a long long time…

This version of Statham is really cool bro ngl. We need this kind of Statham in other movie also. Great choreography great character the movie is just simple yet very nice

The Most Brutal Knife Fight 🔪 Scene Ever

Honestly one of the better movies in a long time! That final fight, loved it. The blows from Statham when he takes the brass knuckles, sjeez I felt those 😂

Statham has the potential to turn this into a franchise, if anything this movie is to go by, would be a blockbuster. A damn good movie!

Watched it like eight times already. I freaking love this movie. Hope they keep it going like the John Wick franchise.

I like how the beekeeper was able to easily fight and best regular guards and policemen with ease and runs into someone who is quite close to his level. He has to put a little more effort into beating him.

Of all the bad guys in this movie, Lazarus is the only one who gives Adam a run for his money and despite only being in the film for 10 minutes he really stands out and makes a impact. Its nice see a competent villain who can actually be a real threat to the hero, not many movies do this these days, the writing is to lazy and the result the villains are incompetent as well as weak and not very interesting.

The Beekeeper took a stab there,this dude with a yellow jacket took a shot on the face before the fight,you can see the blood coming out like a faucet,the guy is a monster.

The Beekeeper is a honey of a movie. 🐝

Damn that lady must have been a very important person to him for him that kill that many people.

Surprise no one is talking about how the fbi agent (ms Parker’s daughter) was in favor of law instead of justice given the bee keeper was going after the people that drove her mother to off herself. It was annoying me in the film how she was going after him because she made an oath when she became an fbi agent. Really lady! He’s avenging your mother!

I like how he was cracking his knuckles like Kenshiro from fist of the north star after he gave them a beating of their lives.

@@abhinavkishoreprasadI'm not OP, but I personally didn't feel the progression from call centers to the President overall natural. It felt off for whatever reason, maybe I'm too used to the pacing of John Wick in that regard. I have personally found the many questions I have had about the plot answered by myself after some thought process. The narrative of Clay being an invulnerable operative is curious though. Lazarus was the only person to hurt Clay in this movie physically, that fight really did seem like a struggle somewhat. But Clay didn't have that much trouble against a fellow Beekeeper operative, didn't flinch against a team of ex-millitaries (that fight scene didn't feel good btw) -- after these instances I felt like Clay receiving injuries in this battle here was forced. John Wick 1 had that going for him -- taking hits left and right. But then again, this movie really shouldn't be looked upon as if it's a John Wick spinoff or wannabe, because clearly it is the latter. In a vacuum it felt good enough for me

@@statisticserinokripperino i personally loved every action scene and I think the reason clay won against another beekeeper was because she was one of the least experienced beekeeper and that's why the organisation sent her rather than a experienced one and the reason against the struggle of Lazarus was because of him being one of the most dangerous beekeeper in the world who took down a beekeeper and ofc I do agree with that call centre point that was a little rushed but i didn't really mind as it's a movie I'm enjoyed a lot so I passed that one

Gotta be one of jason stathams best action movies unlike the others

One of my favorite scenes at the end of the movie

Just finished the movie, loved all the Statham bits and didn't mind the rapid escalation because it felt more...real? They logically couldn't have drawn out the timeline because the 'bees' would have had time to organize and more thoroughly insulate 'the queen' and even before the Beekeeper knew the source of the problem was the queen's 'defective offspring' he still would have needed to move quickly if he didn't want to fall behind and again let them prepare for him, as well as the fact that his rapid approach did as intended and 'smoked out' the people he needed to find and eliminate. I also assume that the Beekeeper he easily killed was a defective choice, even the former CIA director knew that, she wasn't a real Beekeeper. The vibe I got from Statham and how the other characters describe them is they operate quietly and out of notice. Yet the new Beekeeper was loud, colorful, reckless, etc. she couldn't stand up to the genuine article. I honestly couldn't have cared less about the daughter though, I feel like the only reason they had her there was to create a character the Beekeeper wouldn't kill so we could see his opposition's plans through her perspective. But she really added nothing otherwise. Amazing fights, fantastic cinematography, definitely felt the John Wick vibes others have mentioned. If you've suffered through this opinion, have a fun fact about bees. Honeybees seem to be the exception and not the rule when it comes to losing their stingers after stinging. their stingers are barbed and designed for attacking other insects, but mammal skin makes the barbs catch and that's why they lose them. Almost all other species have smooth stingers and are capable of multiple stings without inflicting harm on themselves.
